Overall the care Richard received in his last few weeks was outstanding. My brother came in very poorly and was made very welcome straight away. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helped him with everything he needed

Overall Experience

Both my parents are in Kimberley, they are very well cared for, amazing care staff manager cleaners etc.. we know mum and dad are always kept clean well fed and nourished, care staff always there to have a chat if any issues and always very informative. Manager knowledgable as had to ask several questions

when they first went into care home. Very happy daughter to know they get 24/7 care

My Mum and Dad have been in Kimberley for a month, and I am really pleased that we chose Kimberley to look after their needs.
From the moment we first viewed the home everybody has been so friendly and accommodating and nothing is to much trouble for the staff or the management.
Mum and Dad are both

thriving in the home and have been encouraged to take part in many organised events which is helping their wellbeing immensely, and it is a great comfort to us to know that they are safe and very well looked after and brings us great piece of mind.
I would recommend Kimberley to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one knowing that the care and attention they will receive will be second to none

My father has been in Kimberley Care Village for a year and a half now.
I can not recommend this place enough to people!
My dad has Huntington's disease and they have taken every single step they can to ensure my dad had a safe transition and have completely followed through on promises to make sure

he gets the best care possible.
They have provided two chairs for him already (he moves a lot so they break easily)
It is always clean, tidy, professional in atmosphere and there is always someone to speak to if we have anything we are worried/anxious about.
They have gone above and beyond with service, time, care and listening.
All the staff are beyond compare!
Thank you Kimberley Care Village and all the staff past and present. You are all absolutely amazing and have made my dad so incredibly safe. He loves you all, as do we!

Overall Experience

Lovely place, very clean and kind staff. The owner and the manager have gone above and beyond for my mum to ensure she is happy and well cared for. All the staff are wonderful in fact! They make my mum laugh when she's feeling a bit down, they spend time with her, take her out for walks when she's feeling

confused and bring her tea and biscuits between meals. Their communication has been fantastic, I'm able to call for an update whenever I like, myself and my family are made to feel welcome during every visit. My mum is happy and safe and she thinks the food is very good. Can't thank you all enough! I would recommend it to anybody.

Overall Experience

Since being a visitor here for the last 6 months, I have noticed a vast change for the better. This I am sure is due to the caring staff and the incredible management. I have no worries regarding leaving my family member at this home. The care and devotion they give to their patients are second to none.

If you have any queries you just chat to the manager and they are sorted very quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs 24-hour care of their loved ones.

Overall Experience

The care that my sister continues to receive is above and beyond my expectations. Knowing that all her needs are met professionally and compassionately gives me a great deal of peace of mind. My sister is almost a 2-hour journey away from where family lives, so contact by telephone is really important.

The staff always find time to answer the phone and I have never had a call where staff have been too busy to answer my queries and provide updates on how my sister is. The home is run as a large family, where both residents and staff matter. Some people only comment when they have a problem or complaint, but for me, it is the greatest pleasure to say what a blessing it was that they came forward to offer to care for my sister.

My sister seems to have settled well into Sunnydale. Although I am unable to visit and take my sister out as often as I would like I would say she is quite happy and not shown herself to be upset about living there. The staff appear to be very friendly and caring. So, overall, I do not have any concerns.

The care offered by the Capricorn Cottage Care Home staff to our LD relative is excellent. Thank you for allowing myself, my daughter and grandsons, plus my sister and brother-in-law to visit my mum yesterday. It was lovely to see her, she was especially pleased to see her great-grandsons and granddaughter, maybe not so much myself and sister which I can understand as she thinks we made her

Overall Experience

I don`t know how to express the gratitude I feel to this care home. My dad passed away here a year ago and then they looked after my mum until she passed away last week. Both my parents had full capacity but they felt safe and secure here, to my mum this was her home. We have had experience of two other

homes - neither could hold a candle to here. The staff are amazing and we will miss them all. I can say a massive thank you.

Overall Experience

Sunnydale is a lovely home both to visit and to live in. My friend certainly loved spending her last years here. The staff are attentive and genuinely caring, frequently going above and beyond what might be expected in a residential care setting. There are frequent activities for residents to get involved

in from sing-alongs to crafting and not forgetting the infamous "Sunnydale Olympics". The resident is encouraged to join in where possible but always maintain their independence and right to choose how to spend their time.
