Our father was with Kimberley for nearly a year and we were so relieved to find Kimberley. The home is very well managed, and the staff are all, without any exception that I came across, friendly, efficient, kind and dedicated, From the management to the nurses, the cleaners, the caterers, the admin staff, everyone is kind, hard working, and dedicated. This is a tribute to Karen and Nadine, the operational managers whose philosophy is "how would I want MY family looked after?" They lead by example and expect nothing less.

Overall the care Richard received in his last few weeks was outstanding. My brother came in very poorly and was made very welcome straight away. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helped him with everything he needed

Both my parents are in Kimberley, they are very well cared for, amazing care staff manager cleaners etc.. we know mum and dad are always kept clean well fed and nourished, care staff always there to have a chat if any issues and always very informative. Manager knowledgable as had to ask several questions when they first went into care home. Very happy daughter to know they get 24/7 care

I would recommend Kimberley to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one knowing that the care and attention they will receive will be second to none

In the 18 months since my wife's mum was moved to Kimberley Care Village, we have been impressed with the overall quality of care and support provided. All team members are always pleasant and cheery when carrying out their various duties. This alone generates an overall positive ethos. The staff always keep us fully informed about what is going on where health matters are concerned.

Lovely place, very clean and kind staff. The owner and the manager have gone above and beyond for my mum to ensure she is happy and well cared for. All the staff are wonderful in fact! They make my mum laugh when she's feeling a bit down, they spend time with her, take her out for walks when she's feeling confused and bring her tea and biscuits between meals. Their communication has been fantastic, I'm able to call for an update whenever I like, myself and my family are made to feel welcome during every visit. My mum is happy and safe and she thinks the food is very good. Can't thank you all enough! I would recommend it to anybody.

Since being a visitor here for the last 6 months, I have noticed a vast change for the better. This I am sure is due to the caring staff and the incredible management. I have no worries regarding leaving my family member at this home. The care and devotion they give to their patients are second to none. If you have any queries you just chat to the manager and they are sorted very quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone who needs 24-hour care of their loved ones.

Since moving Dad from a previous home he seems much happier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they all get to know Dad which is good.

The care that my sister continues to receive is above and beyond my expectations. Knowing that all her needs are met professionally and compassionately gives me a great deal of peace of mind. My sister is almost a 2-hour journey away from where family lives, so contact by telephone is really important. The staff always find time to answer the phone and I have never had a call where staff have been too busy to answer my queries and provide updates on how my sister is. The home is run as a large family, where both residents and staff matter. Some people only comment when they have a problem or complaint, but for me, it is the greatest pleasure to say what a blessing it was that they came forward to offer to care for my sister.

The care offered by the Capricorn Cottage Care Home staff to our LD relative is excellent. With understanding and patience, they encourage, include and support living life to the full through their different expertise. From seniors, care workers, night staff, housekeepers, chefs, activities/visits, drivers and maintenance led by an experienced management team the opportunities offered at Capricorn Cottage are considerable. The single-storey, spacious home situated in pleasant grounds is always welcoming.

All the staff and management have been absolutely fantastic with the care for my husband. They have gone above and beyond with the care, dignity, and respect for him. Not only have they looked after my husband but they have looked after me and supported me through an incredibly difficult period. I would highly recommend Kimberley Care Village.

Extremely lovely care home. Staff are friendly, empathic, and caring. The home is clean and welcoming. The manager cares for residents and their family. Couldn't wish for a nicer place for mum to be.

Thank you for allowing myself, my daughter and grandsons, plus my sister and brother-in-law to visit my mum yesterday. It was lovely to see her, she was especially pleased to see her great-grandsons and granddaughter, maybe not so much myself and sister which I can understand as she thinks we made her move there. It is obviously the best place for her. I have spoken to various members of your staff especially one who all say she is fine, which as a daughter is all I can ask. I don`t know how to express the gratitude I feel to this care home. My dad passed away here a year ago and then they looked after my mum until she passed away last week. Both my parents had full capacity but they felt safe and secure here, to my mum this was her home. We have had experience of two other homes - neither could hold a candle to here. The staff are amazing and we will miss them all. I can say a massive thank you.

I have noticed a considerable improvement over the last couple of months in many aspects of care home services. Residents and staff are much happier and more approachable. More care is being given to resident sand more time is spent motivating them. More activities and trips are being arranged for residents.

This care home has some very caring staff. They treated mum with the utmost dignity and it was never too much trouble for them to discuss mum's requirements and how best they would implement them. Always with mum's interests at the forefront. They have a splendid team there and welcome you as a part of their family.

My daughter always shows great excitement when we enter the car park of Capricorn Cottage and once inside is immediately at home.
