My sister has lived at The Mayfair since 2020. She lived in other care homes beforehand, The Mayfair is by far the best. All the staff are second to none in their commitment and care for the residents ensuring that their needs are individually met and respected. There is a real sense of community and inclusion. During all my visits, that are usually unannounced, my sister, whose mental and physical needs are complex is always well looked after. I notice that the other residents who present with a variety of needs are treated with dignity and the staff obviously know & understand them all well. The lines of communication with families are always open, visits and feedback are welcome at any time and family involvement is encouraged. Beatrice and Emelyn are exceptional, Cassius enriches residents quality of life with e.g. gardening, keep fit, live music and cultural events and Regina is highly skilled, hugely personable and runs a tight ship. I couldn't be more grateful

My sister has been at the home for many years and I believe her quality of life has very much improved since being at the Mayfair. The staff are wonderfully patient and upbeat and provide not only essential physical care services but also work very hard to improve the social life of the residents but also respectful of the need for privacy and alone time. They are very concerned with resident's mental well-being and residents have access to numerous activities every week and there are many occasions to learn new things and be creative. My sister is very ill and has many needs and the staff do everything they can to bring some joy to her life.

The nursing home is spotlessly clean, the food is excellent, and there is a vibrant schedule of activities which all the residents appreciate. I highly recommend Vicarage Farm nursing home to anyone seeking top-tier nursing care, the success of this nursing home relies on the dedicated team where every role is vital to residents well-being.

After a few teething issues when mum moved in (due to complex needs) mum has settled well into the care home. Staff are caring and will do anything to ensure mum is looked after and happy. Activities are great, the deputy manager and office staff are always helpful, the kitchen staff are fantastic, and just in general all staff are lovely. Nurses communicate exceptionally. It is not easy looking after complex needs and they do their very best to look after mum.

My mother has been in this care home for 6 years now. There has been ups and downs especially around the safety of my mother. But with recent meetings and reviews the communication has improved. The head nurse responds to emails to give us updates and to liaise with us regarding any concerns with mums condition. The care home under-stands our concerns and trys to reassure us as much as they can. Recently I noticed a photo of mum that had been framed in an activity which was cute

It's reassuring to know she's in such caring hands, and we're grateful for everything the team does. I would happily recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

Vicarage Farm was the best community care centre team that our son got the opportunity to enjoy the excellent care after being discharged from hospital. The entire management and team are highly professional and provide the best care for the patients and people from all backgrounds of life. The atmosphere is filled with God's love, joy and happiness for our son and others. We're blessed and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a safe and secure place for their loved one. My mother has been in Vicarage Farm since 2020 of July. The carers and nurses are very lovely and always reassure me of any changes in mum. I'm also impressed as the carers try to communicate with mum in her language as she's not fluent/familiar with English. Feeding can be challenging, but the carers/nurses do their best. Hoping to see more outings as the weather is becoming pleasant.

I just wanted to add that the care my wife has had has been top-class. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. My wife is confined to bed but there are so many activities for the other residents. First class care home.

I appreciate everything the home has done for my mum and her family and know that this good care will continue.

My uncle has been living in the nursing home since April 2017. There has been significant improvement made over the past four years, which is a credit to the owners and staff. All staff are very friendly, and they care about the residents.

The residents are always clean, calm and dignified situation during my visits and some of them join in our singing "Give me joy in my heart". As I always told the staff it takes a noble heart to do what they are doing because I find they carry out their duties with so much heartfelt love. Peace and joy are always around them and the residents.

The service and level of care of my elderly neighbour have been exceptional. His comfort and well-being have been their priority. The team have also been proactive in keeping me updated with his progress. Highly recommend.

My experience at the care home is great. The carers are very nice and friendly. The food is very nice. Activities are enjoyable. I get to make choices of things I like. Very clean and tidy place. I would recommend it to anyone else. Thank you.
