Although my Mother in Law was only at Harpenden Springs for a short period, the care that she received was outstanding. Every member of staff were so professional, caring and thoughtful. It would be difficult to pick out any one member of staff for praise, as everybody from the Dining room staff through to the Nursing staff were so positive, and nothing was too much. I really can't praise everyone highly enough.

The care also extended beyond my Mother in Law, as my Father in Law was also very well looked after, as were all the rest of the family. When my Mother in Law passed, she was treated with the utmost dignity and respect.

I must give praise also to the Management of the Home, as they have recruited some of the most caring, loving people that I have ever known.

The facilities at the home are first class, with all of the most up to date equipment.

We feel privileged that she was able to spend her last few days in such a caring environment.

My mother in law is settling in well at Harpenden Springs. The staff are kind and caring, and every effort has been made to make the transition from home to care home as smooth as possible.

Harpenden Springs Care Home has been exceptional. The team prepared thoroughly for Mum's arrival, and they were so welcoming to Mum and the family. There is a lovely positive vibe, and nothing is too much trouble. The care team are very transparent and addresses any issues immediately. The food and activities are excellent. The maintenance team wonderful and the home is spotless.

My mum was resident number one at Harpenden Springs, and from the moment she walked through the door, she has been treated like a queen. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, always taking the time to care for her as an individual.

I've been amazed at how much she enjoys the activities and entertainment, they've really brought out her enthusiasm, and she happily joins in. Everything is thoughtfully designed to be enjoyable while also stimulating the mind and encouraging movement.

The home itself feels more like a hotel than a care setting, and my mum even calls her room "her flat," which says everything about how comfortable and settled she feels. The facilities are truly exceptional.

We feel reassured knowing she is in the right place for this stage of her life.

Mum moved in as one of the first residents. She has settled quicker than we thought, and it is lovely to see her joining in the activities. The place is like a 5 star hotel, and the people so caring. Only wish they had opened up sooner.

I have nothing but praise for the wonderful team at this beautiful new home. They go above and beyond to be accommodating to their residents and really take time to make them feel at home. The food is amazing and of restaurant quality. The activities on offer are varied and encourage participation by all, including family and staff! The home is kept spotless and is well managed by a very approachable management team. Any concerns are quickly addressed and actioned. I feel very confident that my mum is in safe, caring and compassionate hands.

Mum is engaging with the activities and I have had fun with her there for the first in a while. I would highly recommend .
