happening. The home was always kept very clean and tidy. When we did have the odd problem it was rectified quickly. Sadly mum passed away at Granville in April, not due to the virus thankfully. It was so heartbreaking that we couldn’t be with her, we were kept informed on a daily basis during her final weeks. I was able to help out sometimes so was able to see how the staff dealt with everyone and it was always with care and compassion. I can never thank the staff on the Kingfisher Unit enough for keeping mum safe and happy throughout her time with them. It might not be the best-looking home but don’t be misled by looks they are all dedicated and caring to all their patients.

It felt very homely and welcoming to patients and visitors and we were always made to feel welcome and could come and go when we wanted and nothing was to much trouble for Mum. I know the home had changed ownership prior to Mum moving in, but I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team now in place. Thank you everyone.

me. I've never had to worry about what goes on or how she's keeping. The staff are brilliant. Facilities are modern, the place is clean, the atmosphere is cheerful, we feel Mum is in safe hands, whatever the future holds.
