The current provider took over Emmanuel in March 2025, and since then the home has been supported through a period of transition, with a clear focus on maintaining continuity of care and stability for residents and families. The team have worked hard throughout this period, and we are grateful for their commitment and professionalism.

We acknowledge your comments regarding the premises and appreciate your honesty. Our initial priority following the transition was to stabilise care delivery, staffing, and governance. Families should be kept informed of developments through the home's quarterly meetings where updates and future plans are shared.
