What a wonderful review Rachel..... thank you so very much. Mum is a beautifully kind natured lady. It has been lovely to share memories of travel with her through you and your family. It is equally reassuring to know that she has an amazingly supportive family who clearly love her dearly. We love to hear stories about you all and enjoy your visits to the home. Mum and i can often be seen to be arm in arm, humming or singing and certainly dancing! She is truly a lovely lady and we are both humbled and proud to be a part of her life. Read less

Thank you so much for your kind review |Wendy... we fully appreciate and understand that dad often finds it difficult to express his needs and his presentation can often be upsetting for you and your sister. However, there are moments when he can and will engage in activity and he particularly likes the sensory work. We make every effort to maintain dad's independence where possible and he is still able to make decisions regarding his menu choices, drinks and other basic needs. There are also times when dad can engage in conversation about his working life, these are special moments too. I will share your lovely feedback with the team and I know they will be happy to hear such positive comments.
