All the staff have been amazing and have supported my daughter so well, especially during the sad times.
The girls are always welcoming and the house is always well presented and clean.

Victoria House is an excellent run care home, my daughter is happy and settled in her home, the care she gets is respectful, she is always well presented, and treated according to her wishes and needs. The staff always keep me informed and up to date, on her health and well being, they provide appropriate
activities, holidays, social events etc.

Victoria House has an amazing Manager and support team who are very caring, and thoughtful and are always looking for ways to improve the quality of the service user's lives. As a parent, I have every confidence in the staff who support my son to be the best he can be. Well done to all at Victoria House,
