Overall Experience

My father has asked that I tell you he is very happy with the staff and the home. He feels a lot happier since he's been in the home knowing someone is always there for him as at home he was alone with family always a phone call away for any help. He thinks the staff are marvellous, kind & very careing towards him. He's also put on weight as he's now having proper meals again. He says its the best thing to happen to him in a very long time, moving into Glyncornel.

Overall Experience

I am not satisfied with the way the managers keep changing every few months. So there is no improvement in the home also the decor could do with updating and the furiture. On the good side the staff are very helpfull and friendly.
