Review of Inspire Neurocare Farnborough from Nick K (Brother of Resident) published on 16 June 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Having a brother with a complex neurological condition has been an incredibly difficult journey for our family, and finding the right care environment was something we worried about constantly. Since moving into Inspire Neurocare in Farnborough, the positive difference in him has been noticeable. The staff have taken the time to really understand him as a person, not just as a resident or a condition on paper. There is a genuine warmth and patience from the team that is very hard to find. As his brother, one of the biggest comforts is knowing he is safe, treated with dignity and surrounded by people who genuinely care about his wellbeing. Communication with the family has also been excellent, and it's reassuring to know we can speak openly with the staff whenever needed. The home itself is modern, clean and welcoming, but ultimately it's the people there who make the real difference. I know how hard this type of work is.

Review of Inspire Neurocare Farnborough from Kerry B (Daughter of Resident) published on 5 June 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Although my father was only here for two weeks for end-of-life care, the service given was exemplary from the start. Every single member of staff that we had contact with was warm, friendly, welcoming and supportive. Everyone treated my father with the utmost care and respect. As a family going through a very difficult time, the staff went out of their way to support us in every way. A special thank you goes to Sanjeev, who was incredible and truly made a difference to my family.

Overall Experience
My son suffered a traumatic brain injury 14 years ago when he was almost 30. It has been a full on journey since then with operations, hospitals and two previous care homes, both of which had unfortunate circumstances causing us to find alternative placements. Moving him to Inspire Neurocare last September has been the best decision we've ever made. He is extremely well looked after and is so happy. The staff are amazing and willingly answer any questions. The whole place is bright, clean and welcoming, well thought out to provide a comfortable home for disabled people. The delicious food is cooked on site by first class chefs with excellent menu choices. Tea, coffee and squash are readily available day or night along with little snacks if wanted.

This will be his forever home and we can breathe easy knowing that he will be well looked after at Inspire when we are no longer around.

Review of Inspire Neurocare Farnborough from Tracy F (Friend of Resident) published on 6 May 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

I visited my friend for the second time today and both times I've been truly amazed at the facilities in the hospital plus the care & total respect shown to the patient I was visiting. Whilst I obviously wish my friend never had had a brain injury I cannot imagine anywhere else where she would receive better care & attention. After my first visit last December I was very emotional when I left my friends room but a care worker ( not sure if they were a nurse or a physio ) sat with me in a family room kindly talking to me whilst I composed myself and stopped crying. I was so grateful as I found the experience a little overwhelming the first time I was there. The staff are welcoming from the time you walk into the facility till the time you leave. I felt very comfortable & they understood that it's hard to see someone you love no longer the same person you once knew. Their compassion & expertise combined mean I left unworried at how well she is being looked after till the next time I go.

Our family are so grateful to the place. The care and understanding every member of staff have shown my partner whilst staying here has been immense. My partner came here in October 2025 with Hypoxic brain injury. He has improved massively with the intense therapy care and understanding from these guys. The place itself is clean, homely and welcoming. The food is great! All freshly prepared by amazing chefs. We cannot thank you all enough. Big big thanks to all at inspire.

My dad has been staying at Hamberley following a stroke last April 2024. Since coming to Southamptons Neurocare in October 2024, my dad has made significant improvements physically & mentally. His stroke left him unable to use his right side or speak like he used to. Since being here, he is now able to walk more than 50 m & speak short sentences. All the staff here have contributed to his progress, and he wouldn't be where he is today without them. Visually, this place is sinning, modern & clean, but it's the people that make it really special.

Overall Experience

I had the pleasure of visiting Inspire Neurocare Worcester today for a lovely BBQ and a chance to meet with both the team and the residents. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere - it truly feels like a home from home rehabilitation unit.

Speaking with the staff teams, manager, and residents, it was clear how much care and dedication goes into creating such a compassionate environment. The enthusiasm and genuine kindness of the staff shone through, especially in the way they ensured the residents were not only comfortable but genuinely enjoying the day.

It was wonderful to see such a strong sense of community and commitment to high-quality care. Inspire Neurocare Worcester is a place where individuals are supported, respected, and celebrated, a credit to everyone involved. I look forward to my next visit.

Overall Experience

Where to begin, so many people to thank at Inspire Worcester for supporting my son through this difficult phase of his life. Special thanks to your therapy support has been outstanding, thank you so much for the support and challenges you have given my son, a special thank you to Ian for not only listening and supporting Mat but allowing me time to talk to. When we arrived on the first day my son was very apprehensive about meeting new people but that didn't last. The staff are all wonderful from the cleaning staff all the way through to management you can clearly see they care deeply about their residents. Food is exceptional, the cook came and introduced himself on the first day, within no time he settled in. His room is lovely giving him the privacy that the hospital ward didn't. My son has just spent 2 successful days in the I dependant flat and hopefully will be home within the next couple of weeks. Thank you all so so much for helping him on his road to recovery.

Review of Inspire Neurocare Worcester from Patrick D (Father of Resident) published on 11 July 2025 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My son started living at Inspire Neurocare Worcester in January 2025. From the start he was treated with kindness, respect and skill. We were also accepted as his family and always welcomed. We were impressed with the facilities and his personal accommodation. it was clear from the start that he was happy to be there and enjoyed the company of the staff. This was a great relief to all of us who love him. We are impressed with the engagement and skill of the professional staff. We had concerns about the level of communication between the staff and ourselves. It was difficult to understand plans and who to speak to. It was discussed at a Residents and Families meeting and things have changed since then. There is still a way to go but we know the matter is being taken seriously.

Since my husband has been moved in the HNS in March 25, his cognitive & health improvement went way beyond my expectations.
He was well managed & carefully planned programmes to follow every day for his goal in the future.
He walks more than 5km, talks to family & friends and thinks about a lot of different issues now.

The current situation is just amazing! When he was in an ICU, he was almost brain-dead. So, I cannot thank enough for all the work you have done at Hamberley with true care!

Review of Meadowview Neurological Centre Inspire Neurocare (Basingstoke) Ltd from John B (Husband of Resident) published on 28 May 2025 Submitted via Postal Card

An excellent facility with able and willing staff offering different skills and training. Hamberley is well equipped to serve the needs of those requiring rehabilitation for the nature of neurophysiology rather than just physical problems.

Hamberley Neuro physio has been open for a year and I think it is a crying shame that the appropriate authorities are not fully utilising what it has to offer. I would hope that in the near future it will be functioning to its full capacity.

Today, I made my first visit to Inspire Neurocare Worcester. I wanted to visit a resident to encourage her recovery. On arrival at Inspire with two friends, the resident met us with great joy and from the beginning to the end of the visit, the staff we met greeted us with courtesy and friendliness. The facilities, the opportunities that are so evidently tailored to our friend's rehabilitation, and the brightness and cleanliness of Inspire Worcester were a real pleasure to experience. We would like to commend the staff highly for the incredible progress our friend has made and continues to make.

Review of Inspire Neurocare Worcester from Graham E (Respite Resident) published on 17 January 2023 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

I was admitted to Inspire Neurocare following six months in hospital after my brain tumour operations. I was referred for rehab and stayed for three months. When I arrived I was instantly made welcome, I found the experience strange to begin with having moved around several wards in hospital on a regular basis. My room felt like a five-star hotel in comparison. All the staff couldn't have done enough for me throughout my stay. I slowly got into a daily routine and became more comfortable within my surroundings with their help and expertise. My confidence gradually increased and I will be forever grateful and in debt to the professional teams who made this possible. Thank you.

My son moved into Inspire in March 2021 after almost 6 months in hospital and another 3 weeks at another hospital. He was bedbound and not speaking communicating verbally only by sign. With great patience, all the staff cared for him. He was moody and unwilling to join in at times but gradually with their attentive care he now speaks well and his communication skills are virtually back to where they were before August 2020. We will be forever grateful to them all every single one for bringing my son back.

Our daughter has physical and psychological complex needs. Staff have not been daunted in adapting to her care needs with compassion, allowing her to control decision making and choices wherever possible. We are very pleased and confident with the care she is receiving and would praise the empathy we have observed between patients and staff. The management and all staff are professional, approachable, friendly and always willing and open to respond to questions or concerns. The building itself is wonderfully designed, bright, modern and clean. There is a warm feel to the place. Whilst Covid has brought challenges to staff, service users and their friends and families, we look forward positively to the future and believe Inspire will go from strength to strength.

Overall Experience
My brother has been at Inspire for the last 12 months and the care he has received (at a very challenging and difficult time due to Covid) has been exemplary.
Inspire is a real home from home with staff that treat your loved one as if they were their own family, When I said my brother liked music and used to listen to vinyls and has a load at home the manager went above and beyond to purchase a turntable which I believe my brother and staff have really enjoyed!
The facilities are amazing, the bedrooms like those in a fancy hotel, and the chef cooks food that wouldn’t be out of place on a menu at a fancy restaurant.

My brother and the family are treated with the greatest respect and visits are now a really pleasurable affair in spite of the facemasks and PPE.

The only “niggles” have been due to issues surrounding Covid which have not been due to any fault of Inspire and when we have voiced those concerns staff at Inspire have been quick to respond and act!

My husband sustained a severe head injury following a road traffic accident and he required intensive rehabilitation. We were so relieved when we found Inspire Neurocare Worcester for his continued rehab care.
My husband was treated as an individual and all his care was patient-centered and totally holistic. His every need was catered for.
Beautiful, modern, stylish and very comfortable surroundings not to mention fantastic, healthy food. A real home from home!
Staff are all very approachable, friendly, empathetic and understanding as well as providing first-class care.
The therapy team strived for the best possible outcome and thankfully my husband progressed so well he finally returned home 6 weeks ago.

We 100% recommend Inspire Neurocare for rehabilitation care following a head injury. Thank you.
