Having a brother with a complex neurological condition has been an incredibly difficult journey for our family, and finding the right care environment was something we worried about constantly. Since moving into Inspire Neurocare in Farnborough, the positive difference in him has been noticeable. The staff have taken the time to really understand him as a person, not just as a resident or a condition on paper. There is a genuine warmth and patience from the team that is very hard to find. As his brother, one of the biggest comforts is knowing he is safe, treated with dignity and surrounded by people who genuinely care about his wellbeing. Communication with the family has also been excellent, and it's reassuring to know we can speak openly with the staff whenever needed. The home itself is modern, clean and welcoming, but ultimately it's the people there who make the real difference. I know how hard this type of work is.
Although my father was only here for two weeks for end-of-life care, the service given was exemplary from the start. Every single member of staff that we had contact with was warm, friendly, welcoming and supportive. Everyone treated my father with the utmost care and respect. As a family going through a very difficult time, the staff went out of their way to support us in every way. A special thank you goes to Sanjeev, who was incredible and truly made a difference to my family.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind review.
Thank you for trusting us to care for your father during his final days. We are grateful for your kind words and for sharing your experience with others.
Supporting people and their families at the end of life is a privilege, and it...
I visited my friend for the second time today and both times I've been truly amazed at the facilities in the hospital plus the care & total respect shown to the patient I was visiting. Whilst I obviously wish my friend never had had a brain injury I cannot imagine anywhere else where she would receive better care & attention. After my first visit last December I was very emotional when I left my friends room but a care worker ( not sure if they were a nurse or a physio ) sat with me in a family room kindly talking to me whilst I composed myself and stopped crying. I was so grateful as I found the experience a little overwhelming the first time I was there. The staff are welcoming from the time you walk into the facility till the time you leave. I felt very comfortable & they understood that it's hard to see someone you love no longer the same person you once knew. Their compassion & expertise combined mean I left unworried at how well she is being looked after till the next time I go.
