Despite numerous requests during first heatwave for cooling fans or Air Con units. We are now experiencing a 5th heatwave/hot spell. with communal rooms registering in excess of 33°C Very large bedroom with 2 fans running has shown a reading of 41.3°C due to some form of heating also running - Very dangerous in my opinion

I do think the staff are very helpful, but would like to see a bit more help with hygiene (towels changed out more and checking yellow bin).

Dad originally came for respite, he was very happy so is now here permanently. It's reassuring he has 24/7 care, staff are lovely. My only concern is that Dad is suffering with sore swollen legs, we have requested a few times he sees a GP now that he's registered at the home but has still not been seen (although seen by nurses).

Very well looked after. A fabulous care home with wonderful staff.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Olive Row Care Home during this time where my Nan has been deteriorating. The communication, the care, the respect has been exemplary and given us so much comfort during a difficult time. Helen especially has been so empathetic & understanding of our situation and fears and offered so much support. From the receptionist to the carers, the nurses and everyone & we need to say thank you.

In the 3 months we have been visiting our friend in Olive Row Care Home we have found everyone of the staff to be friendly and helpful. Management are very approachable. The levels of detail and attention to the care of residents is reassuring. A home from home. Thank you everyone.

Mum has been in Olive Row for just over 2 years now, Having Suffered a stroke at home, transferred there from NGH. For some time, she had a room on the first floor, but is now on the ground floor at the care home and is settled there. The room is kept nice and tidy and clean, as is the rest of the Home. All the staff work very hard and are very committed to taking care of Mum and the rest of the residents, and they show a great deal of care and kindness.

My mum and dad have been in Olive Row for 3 and 4 years. Mum has since passed away. Dad is still being well looked after. I am very happy that the staff have looked after mum and dad very well. The food looks great and cleaning staff keep dad's room lovely. The staff look after him very well. I have no complaints.

Have found the staff and everyone involved in Marlene's care have been absolutely wonderful. It's been lovely seeing the progress she has made over the past nine months. Thank you.

My father has been a resident for over four years. I have no doubt without their care he would not of survived. He is not the most sociable person but has made many friends among the residents and staff. His room is always tidy, warm and well lit. He enoys all the meals, says they feed him too much. He receives plenty of help with his mobile phone and charger, which he misplaces often. Overall I am very satisfied with the care and attention my father receives.

Service user was given a plan of the Xmas activities and given the opportunity to participate even though she is bed bound. Staff were so lovely and helpful. I received phone calls with regular updates and I have never been into a care home where staff are so accessible and welcoming making sure the residents are safe and so well cared for.

So far pleased with the facilities provided by the home my sister seems to be well looked after and all her needs are met even though she is very impatient and the staff are looking after her very well and the management team seem very supportive for her needs

I have to say the Park House Care Home team are amazing, so attentive. My mother has dementia, which is a challenge as many are aware. Janine has been amazing from the start as she introduced us to this care home. Everyone makes you feel welcome, and seeing my mum constantly smiling fills my heart and my whole family's. Keep up the great work.

Very pleased with all aspects.

Very good everything is good in here staff are very good and very friendly I feel satisfied with everything staff are looking after her very well and very supportive management and they always communicate with me if there are any concerns and keep me updated.

Staff are available to answer questions and resolve and ease any worries or issues

Mum took a while to settle in but she seems quite happy now. She enjoys the company of the other residents and she enjoys the activities. She loves the food. The staff are very welcoming and they keep me informed about any changes in medication etc.

On the basis of the above I would have no hesitation in recomending the home to others.
