My only negative is that the home could do with investment from the owners. In particular some of the heaters are faulty as the thermostats don't work, and there is no air conditioning making it uncomfortable at times for residents, staff and visitors.

I was informed by the hospital that my wife was unable to return home and needed to be cared for either in hospital, hospice, or care home. We decided to search for a suitable care home but with health care capabilities. After visiting several in our area I thought weren't suitable, I was extremely fortunate to contact Rose Tree and after speaking with Lynn (manager) we were invited to visit and given a tour by Peter (charge nurse). We were very impressed with what was on offer and asked to be included on the waiting list. I can sincerely recommend the establishment and am very happy with the care and kindness shown by the staff. Unfortunately my wife is unable to take part in the activities provided by the home as she is bedbound.

The home & staff are very proactive and attentive to my mother's needs. So many staff have taken time to build a lovely rapport with my mother and this is fantastic. I feel there could maybe be more enriching activities, outdoor time in Summer & maybe more upbeat events like music or sing alongs. This is by no means a complaint, just a suggestion. The staff work incredibly hard and I am assured that my mother is getting very well looked after.

Mum has been in Rose Tree for nearly six years, including the period during COVID lockdown. She has received excellent care throughout her stay from all the staff who have been excellent at all times. We always felt Sue was safe and looked after properly with no issues.

Best care home I know. Majority of staff are amazing some of the staff I feel as though it's 'just a job' to them. My auntie is well looked afte. Very clean home. Manager is very polite and is very approachable, always plenty of activities going on. The thing I love the most is residential is a separate floor (where my Auntie is) 4**** from me. Highly recommend! Not everyone gets on with everyone, but this is life.

All staff are great, caring and friendly. Cannot fault cleanliness and the food is great. Management are out of this world. Excellent.

My mother has been a patient at Rosetree Nursing Home for about 18 months. She is very happy here. She has had a stroke in the past that has made walking difficult and her speech difficult. She can manage to get to the toilet with help but can no longer walk to the dining room independently. She appreciates the help she gets from the nursing staff to move around. She likes the nursing home and is well cared for here.

My Dad was at Rose Tree for a short period before he passed away. The care home couldn't have done enough - manager Lynn, nurse Peter on the nursing floor, and all of the carers and other staff we met. They were kind, empathetic and helpful to what my Dad and our family needed at a difficult time. Thank you

But Rose Tree Care Home has exceeded all my expectations and I could not be happier with the care that my wife receives. The management and staff/carers are worth their weight in gold.

From the moment we walked into Rose Tree when looking initially for respite care for our mum, it felt just right. All of the staff without exception made both my mum and the family very welcome. The staff genuinely care for the residents and it is apparent they do all they can to treat the residents as individuals. The home is secure, very cosy and the bedrooms are comfortable. Mum is eating better than she has for some time and describes Rose Tree as "very pleasant". There are regular activities too and nothing is too much trouble. The high standard of care is evident, the place is immaculate with the bedrooms cleaned daily. My mum always looks nice and loves having her hair done in the hair salon. Lynne, the manager, is very experienced and with an open door policy is always visible and approachable. She has provided me with support at a very difficult time for which as a family we are grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose Tree.

From viewing Rose Tree, to mum becoming a permanent resident. The whole family were treated with respect, assured on all matters and concerns. Lynne's open door policy means so much. But any questions or concerns no matter how small, any member of the amazing team could help and if not they went out of their way to find out or a solution to a question, Rose Tree is the most secure care home I have ever been in. Mum, wondered at home we have no issues with her being safe. Fab place 100%.

All staff are very friendly and helpful led by experienced management. They go above and beyond for their residents and family members. The surrounding areas and rooms are very pleasant, warm and comfortable. The care my wife receives is excellent in her room overlooking the garden. And I would recommend Rose Tree without hesitation.

The family took my mum-in-law for respite due to family illness, she loved it so much, she is now permanent. The home has a lovely atmosphere, staff are great and very friendly. Treating the residents with dignity and support. The rooms are cleaned daily and the food is very tasty and nutritious. Plenty of activities are available.

I'm very happy with her care and would recommend it without hesitation.

All staff are very friendly and helpful good care was given to my mam. Happy with the Rose Tree all care was given to my mam at all times. There was a lot of things happening at Christmas for all residents great raffles.

Me and my sister couldn't ask for more. The staff are excellent and you can see that they and led by experienced and knowledgeable management. The transition from living at home to the care industry has been made a lot easier through the competence and professionalism shown at Rose Tree. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

There should be board games, cards, dominoes, activities on offer to include residents. This would improve mental wellbeing and friendship.
