The home and the rooms are always clean and tidy and the staff are wonderful - so caring and friendly. All needs are met and the staff go out of their way to provide little extras like manicures for the residents. I can't fault Maryfield and I would highly recommend this care home.

The team were fabulous from beginning to end. We cannot fault them for their care, consideration, understanding and initial financial flexibility regarding our mum's admittance and ongoing management. Maryfield is a small unique concern, run by a dedicated group of supportive people who are genuine
and loving to their guests.

Both my Parents are residents at Two Beeches. Dad has been there for 2 years and Mum just over a year.
I cannot fault the care that they are both given. All their needs are met. Everyone is so friendly and professional. My Sister and I are kept informed of any change in their medical care and needs
immediately. Any concerns we may have with regards to our parents are addressed straight away.
They have separate rooms and we have been able to bring in some of their own furniture, ornaments and pictures to make it feel more like home for them and encouraged to do so. It is evident that all members of staff care very much for the Residents and treat them with care and respect which means a lot to us. Mum has her hair and nails done regularly and Dad's hair cut and beard trimmed which is lovely. There is always something going on entertainment wise and residents are encouraged to participate. I would definitely recommend this nursing home. Thank you to everyone for looking after them.

My family and I are grateful for the exceptional care my father receives at Two Beeches. From his first day at the facility, staff have shown compassion, kindness and patience. My father has been treated with dignity and respect which has meant such a lot to our family.
Two Beeches is a welcoming,
homely environment where my father feels safe and comfortable. Daily activities, such as crafts and games, are on offer as well as bigger social events. Participation is encouraged but there is no pressure. Every effort is made to meet my father's preferences and likes and dislikes, by staff who genuinely care about his health and quality of life.
Communication is excellent. Staff are always willing to answer questions and update me on my father's wellbeing. The support that my family has received from this nursing home has been invaluable and we cannot thank them enough.

My mother has been a resident at Two Beeches Nursing Home for a little under 2 yrs. she is always treated with compassion and love. It is clear to see the bond she has with her favourite carers. When they talk to her her face lights up each time. Initial I did consider moving her closer to home but
after seeing how happy and content she is here, I quickly changed my mind.
The staff are always happy to see us when we visit and spend time updating us , even if it's only been a few days since the last visit. I am very grateful for the level of care she gets. It is easily the best place for mum to be. Thank you for all that you do.

My mother was admitted to this home for delirium by the NHS, we had no say in where she stayed.
When we went to settle Mum we found a very caring welcome. I was amazed as I can only compare to other care homes which I've been to.
The staff are so attentive and address all the resident's needs instantly.
Mum stayed at Maryfield from June 2024 to December 2024 until she passed,
there is nothing to address. This home is amazing to the point if I ever need help from the care sector I will be coming here.
This is an amazing place for the elderly whether you are in ill health or just respite.
5 stars are not enough how they looked after our mum, deserves a million stars.
Reply from Sujith Achuthan Nair, Manager at Maryfield Care HomeThank you for your kind words. It was a great pleasure to look after my mother. Will pass your feedback on to the team.

The management understands dementia and its implications on the needs and capabilities of service users. They have a caring, patient and attentive set of staff who really do provide individual care.
Flexibility, the choices offered to individual service users and the thoughtful environment of the
home mean that each person is looked after as an individual. The weekday activities and special celebrations are offered to each individual in a way that encourages them to relearn participation in lounge games, singing, and individual 1 to 1 games with staff to the extent that each client feels comfortable and not overwhelmed.
The food is excellent. Mealtime choices are available. There are individually made cups of tea and freshly baked cake each day.
Each service user is known to the staff. The management team are up to date each day on the state (medical, psychological and physical) of each service user and works proactively to address emerging health issues.
In all, a well-run and great place.
Reply from Sujith Achuthan Nair, Manager at Maryfield Care HomeThank you very much. It was a pleasure to look after your relative. Will pass it on to the team.

I am 91 years old and was transferred to Maryfield Care Home from hospital having had a prolonged episode of pneumonia. I was most unwell. I have recovered very well, entirely due to the comfort and kindness I have received from their very special community. I have felt loved and cared for, encouraged
and supported by everyone. The home is in a very pleasant situation, away from traffic noise and in a quiet and peaceful part of the countryside. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food is excellent. I am thankful for my stay here.

Dad wasn't there long but all the staff made him feel very comfortable and we are extremely grateful to the manager for hasty arrangements. Would recommend that anyone considering a nursing home go and have a look around the place. Dad had a lovely room with views over the garden.
