Conifers Care Home is a very friendly, happy home. The staff are pleasant and very helpful always going the extra mile to help the residents. It is good that many of the staff are local and we see the same staff regularly. The management team are very efficient and know their residents well. Although
the building is old, we and my brother-in-law are veyr happy with his care.

My mum has been in the Conifers for over a year now, she is well looked after. She likes her own company but staff are always popping into her room to make sure she's ok or if there is anything that she needs.
There are always different activities going on, she especially enjoys the singing.
Management
are always on hand and will speak with you when you need.
Its a really good home, staff and management are amazing.

My mother has been residing at the Conifers since December 2024 and she has always been treated with dignity and respect. The care is exceptional and there is a real sense of belonging and family. The food is always of a high standard and the staff go above and beyond to ensure my mother is eating properly
and is enjoying her food. The management are very accommodating and always available to have a chat and answer any queries.

The staff at the Conifers consistently go

I want to particularly commend, the care home manager, whose leadership and dedication are evident in the outstanding care provided. The Conifers Care Home is a very friendly care home with really nice staff and residents. I have got a nice room and the staff are always prompt if I need help. The food is excellent - I have so many favorite meals! I like living here.

I am very pleased to complete this review to praise the excellent levels of care which my Father receives. I work away and have nothing but praise for the way the staff looks after his personal and health needs. The range of activities provided, the socialisation, and the support are exemplary. The

So much of a welcome, when Mum arrived. The staff all introduced themselves. Could not do enough for her, and it has carried on throughout her stay at the Conifers. Any issues with any of her support and information, they have informed me all of the time. Very friendly, and happy to help all of the

It can be a difficult decision for families to make when a parent can no longer be cared for at their home and needs care elsewhere. As a family, I've visited the Conifers Care Home and were immediately struck by how friendly, caring and open each of the staff we met were. The building was neat, tidy
and spacious. Our mum settled in relatively quickly and we are more than happy that she is well cared for by the staff who all give 100%.

My brother went into the Conifers Care Home on the 13th of October 2022 and what a welcome he received, outstanding and is still having the care and the personal touch, the feeling of one of a big family. I have always been made to feel very welcome when visiting the home. The staff interact with visitors, they will answer any questions about Mum.
They are very accommodating with Mum especially with food, if she doesn't like what's on the menu they will give her an alternative. A very pleasing experience.

The care she has received has been excellent, particularly in view of the current Covid situation and the additional workload and restrictions this has placed on the care staff, all of whom have been superb. I find Conifers Care home extremely friendly. The staff are very caring and kind. Residents are always treated with respect and dignity. Families are treated with respect and nothing is too much trouble for them. Any members of staff are always so helpful. The home is always clean and tidy and the residents
always look clean and tidy.
