All staff very friendly and make me feel like I'm at home.

Overall very good, you can always find service faults but on the whole value for money.

My friend is a resident at Dove Court but I have Power of attorney for her. The staff have been brilliant guiding me through anything I was unsure of. THe staff always make time to speak to me and address any concerns that may arise. The staff are caring, kind and polite to residents and visitors . The home is clean and tidy with activities available for the residents.

The care is of a high standard with the persons responsible attentive and eager to respond to residents needs on the whole

My mother has been well cared for whilst in the home. All her needs have been met by pleasant and helpful staff. If she has had any issues these have been dealt with in a quick and sympathetic way to ease any embarrassment she may feel.

Happy with my relatives overall experience. Always answer the phone really quickly when I ring and are able to give me up to date information. Open attitude about any challenging behavior and happy to find a solution to fit my relative as an individual

Whenever visiting, the team leaders and staff are polite and courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They will make themselves available to talk about mum if needed. and take the lead in organising her care, medications and hospital visits. Mum is there for rehabilitation and is extremely happy she is there and well looked after. I know she is safe in their hands and couldn't recommend the team in Nightingale enough. Thank You.

The staff and management are all efficient, helpful,, pleasant, kind to both my husband and myself. My husband has Parkinsons and is gradually needing more care nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the senior team are very efficient and helpful.

My Mother became a resident at Dove Court in March 2025 and I have been delighted with the care she receives. It is, by some distance, the best one I've been in, and I visited numerous during my career. It is welcoming, warm, clean, well staffed with a good mix of solid experience and younger too. The care is outstandingly good. I rarely have had to raise an issue, but when I have, it has been attended to. My Mother is well cared for, safe and warm.

When I first went to view Robin House I was most impressed by the manageress. All the staff were very friendly and very attentive with the residents. It has a very homely feel about the place with most residents adding their own stamp to their rooms, it felt very secure. I would happily recommend Dove Court to anyone. The staff made the last days of my brother's life bearable for our family. Thank you all for your support. xx

Short-term respite stay satisfactory. The bulding is very old and the management and staff make the best of what they've got. The staff were very kind and compassionate.

I cannot thank all the staff at Dove Court Burnley Nightingale enough for the kindness, care and love they showed my mother. They helped her settle at Dove Court, her health and wellbeing improved. Everyone bent over backwards for her and also in the support for the family. The reception administration staff were warm and welcoming, her room was lovely, the care staff delivered a high standard of care, the activities team, the maintenance team, the laundry staff, the catering staff were all there every day right to my mum passing away. Lovely home, mum settled here very quickly.Food lovely, very clean. All the staff are very pleasant and kind. Everyday activities are taking place and its always lovely to see people sat outside in the sun. The gardens are lovely and well kept. Can see that everyone at the home takes a lot of pride in their work and in the home.

Upon each visit to the home I have experienced care, friendliness to residents, and overall excellent communication towards families from staff and management. The staff are pleasant and informative and do their utmost to serve and care for their residents. Thank you for caring for my mum.

Mum is very happy in the home. The staff are kind and caring. The only problem she has is the food - mum is used to eating a varied diet and finds chips with everything unusual! We realise that its difficult to care for everyone but I do think the Dietician needs to review the food they are serving. I believe the food is directed from Head Office. The only other problem is the heat, it seems odd having to open windows so that it cools the room down, perhaps lowering the heat by 1 or 2 degrees it would save you money as well.

I am happy with the care my dad receives. It is a busy home and we are made welcome. The staff work hard.
