My parents are there and they had a lovely day and food was excellent as it is always staff are very helpful and friendly and caring and fast when called at night when emergency calls are made as I have experienced with my father in law when he had a fall they are doing a Excellent job and I am very

Our brother moved into Willowbrook in Bettws this April. Having spent 16 years at a different location.

We had met The Scheme Manager for Willowbrook, a few times. She is always so positive, and generous in giving of her time, advice and help. No matter how busy, she listens a rare gift, and helps find solutions.
She was able to see what a positive move this could be for my brother, she is certainly able to look at people and not problems, and views opportunities that can be to the advantage of all residents at Willowbrook. The Scheme Manager's dynamism, drive, skills and sense of kindness and fun have been apparent to us from first meeting.
Her staff are a credit to her skills in making Willowbrook a happy and forward looking supported housing facility. A great place with great staff.

My father has lived here for about 6 years. The care and attention he has received and continues to receive are second to none. The staff are fantastic, not only the care staff but also the management, domestics and catering staff. The building and gardens are spacious and well maintained and extremely
