Our brother moved into Willowbrook in Bettws this April. Having spent 16 years at a different location.
He was anxious, worried and despite having attended a few afternoons at Willowbrook, really was apprehensive, what to expect, how he would get on with people generally, big changes especially for
older people.
We had met The Scheme Manager for Willowbrook, a few times. She is always so positive, and generous in giving of her time, advice and help. No matter how busy, she listens a rare gift, and helps find solutions.
She was able to see what a positive move this could be for my brother, she is certainly able to look at people and not problems, and views opportunities that can be to the advantage of all residents at Willowbrook. The Scheme Manager's dynamism, drive, skills and sense of kindness and fun have been apparent to us from first meeting.
Her staff are a credit to her skills in making Willowbrook a happy and forward looking supported housing facility. A great place with great staff.
