Everyone seemed to know his name and the level of care he required. The Village is a place that truly caters for people with dementia, filled with staff who are caring and, in my eyes, all angels.

They also run residents' meetings and a Dementia café where families can talk to others in the same position. Mom used to enjoy having her hair styled in Bluebells Salon by the activity staff. Excellent end of life care.

In his final week, we lived there. Nothing was too much trouble. Their kindness made an unbearable time more bearable. They cared for our father with dignity and love, and extended that same care to us.
