Bluebell is a gem. Cannot fault it at all

The staff and management are all excellent with all the residents. I would recommend Bluebell House to anyone who asked. I am very happy to have my husband in Bluebell. I would like to say Thankyou to all the staff

As with most care facilities in the UK, turnover of staff can be an issue and staff numbers can be tight, but this is beyond the control of the staff and managers at Bluebell, and due to budget constraints overall, I am very satisfied

Fantastic day put on for residents and family. Hawaiin themed BBQ was a great idea. My son loved seeing his great Nanny happy.

The home offers good all round care. There are activities for those who wish to participate. If you would rather just stay in your room, that's ok too. The food is good and staff always polite.

My sister is in Bluebells. I was worried for her at first but she seems to have settled (although she wouldn't admit to that!) I find the staff very nice and the home is clean and residents are very well cared for. The food is excellent and chef goes out of his way to give them what they fancy to eat.

As a family from what we have experienced so far we have no complaint. Leaving our mother in the capable hand of Bluebell House.

Bluebell is a wonderful care & nursing home. I have previously emailed Optalis due to the feedback I felt important to share! I love all the staff here and the care & support provided to my grandmother from the carers to the activity co-ordinators, the chefs, the cleaners, the gardener, the managers & everyone in-between! Accomodating for us to visit nan as a family.

We were hoping to spend time together as a family. The staff were incredibly accommodating & welcoming from the moment we arrived, allocating us a large living area to spend time in. The room was nicely decorated & there was plenty of seating for everyone. When we needed some more forks, they went & got some, no problem. We had a really lovely evening & were very grateful we were all able to spend time together.

I feel very relieved to see him being so well looked after.

My experience with Bluebell House is very nice and staff helpfull.

My experience of coming here are that the nurses and staff are very helpful, polite.

It was a difficult time when Mum first came to the home, but through the support of the team the transition has been sealess, even allowing for a few bumps in the road.

Mum only been here for 2 weeks so far but all seems very good. I feel very comfortable visiting Mum as staff are all friendly and helpful. Mum not happy at first but she seem more settled now.

Cleaning very good and note taking regarding residents very good.
