Thank you so much , i am glad that the meeting was positive
As its been a short time in this care home I can't really say. The service I seen so far I am happy with the care to the service user. Seems ok.
Very impressive. Friendly, sympathetic and super well organised. It takes big heart to do something like this. Bravo!
Overall, the service is good. Nothing else to add for today.
Thank you for your kind words , your feedback means a lot to us

Am has been a resident for about 4 years. The care provided has been excellent and she has been well cared for despite suffering from a degenerative dementia. Thank to all staff and the range of activities provided.
Thank you so much for your feedback , we are try and improve on all other areas
My mother moved into Greenhive at the end of 2025. The experience has been excellent from the start. The staff have tried to encourage her independence the support has been compassionate and professional. The staff are approachable, friendly and attentive to her daily needs. The facilities are clean and well maintained.
Thank you for your kind words , i will let all the staff know
Very nice place staff are very nice but 1 thing that is not good is when peoples clothes are washed they often go missing and r not returned which is not good enough people cant afford to keep buying new clothes which I can not understand why.
Thank you for the feedback , i will talk to the staff , and i am so sorry about the clothes
Happy with most things to do with Joe's care, the rooms are kept clean. The laundry is done regularly (sometimes too regular). The food menu is passable, can be improved. But my major issue is lack of exercise for the residents. I feel Joe's mobility has deteriorated since coming here. I think his physical welbeing can be improved with more mobility focused exercises. All in all, things are good, but can be improved.
I have nothing more than praise for the home and staff. They have been kind to my husband and myself. The staff have tried very hard to get my husband involved in the home activities, but I feel that he is passed the stage of being able to get him to join in. The bedrooms could do with a fresh coat of paint room is a bit tatty chips of wood taken out of skirting and frames and furniture but he feels safe there and that is all that mattered. I could not have picked a better place.
My Mom has been a resident at Greenhive for the past year. All the staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. Always some activity like baking yoga drawing to name a few going on making a happy home! Julia arranges outings for the residents and Brenda (Mom) was interviewed on a radio station at one of these outings. The menu and food served looks great! In summary my mother is very happy in this care home.
Thank you so much ,we are so grateful for your support
Carers are attentive and some have formed bonds with my mother.
Thank you for your support , we are glad that the staff have the bond with her
A welcoming, friendly place with good care for my brother who is content.
Doris has been here for a long time. We are very happy with how the staff take care of her. It's always clean and tidy when I visit. Thank you all very much.
I found the staff very willing to listen and assist.
Thank you for your kind words ,the staff team do try to do the best they can
My relative has been satisfactorily accommodated within the care home, after the first few months of being there. She has been well cared for during her stay, which initially started as respite but has now become permament. And I am happy for this to continue. She seems well settled and is largely content. When I go to visit her.
Thank you so much for your kind words , i am glad that your relative has settled
Laurie has been a long-time friend for over 40 years. To the best of his ability, he describes this residence as fairly good. And from what I have observed when visiting I would agree. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Mum has flourished since she come to Greenhive. She is always clean and well dressed and this down to the staff who been brilliant with mum thanks to all of them.
We are so happy with mum's care. She is so well looked after.
