Outlook Care - Neave Crescent Reviews (1)
Over all time Outlook Care - Neave Crescent has 1 review.
My brother has stayed at Neave Crescent on three occasions over the past three years. I was very anxious about him staying away from home at first. However, I was invited to visit the home and all of my fears were allayed. The home is spotlessly clean and the staff are both caring and welcoming. My brother's needs and cares were discussed at length, prior to his stay. He has thoroughly enjoyed his stays. He says that the food is lovely and he even enjoyed his non-alcoholic lagers with his meal every evening. The staff were very friendly and made a point of chatting to him to make him feel at home. He was assisted to the local shop daily to buy sweets and a newspaper. The residents were also friendly and my brother often watched the tv with them in the shared lounge. His washing was done daily and I was pleasantly surprised to have a clean suitcase of clothes at the end of his stay. My brother often asks when his next visit will be as he thoroughly enjoyed his experience.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. We are so pleased that your brother enjoys his stays with us and that you feel reassured when he is in our care. We aim to provide the highest standards of care to ensure a welcoming and caring environment for the people we support and...
