My mother in law was at the home for 3 years.
She was well looked after in every respect.
The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately, she passed away on 2nd July this year but her care during her final days was second to none.
The home is in a beautiful setting and her
accommodation was also second to none.

My mother went into Bartlett's Residential Care Home when she was 100 years old after she had a fall at home and broke her hip. We did not think that she would live for long after the operation as she was in a bad way. However, due to the high level of care that she received in the home, she lived until
she was 103 years old and recently passed away. I cannot praise the staff enough for the wonderful care she received and for the entertainment provided and the superb food supplied which is cooked fresh every day by the chef. I would thoroughly recommend Bartlett's Residential Care Home to anyone looking for a superior home.

The care my Granddad has received since joining Bartletts has been wonderful. The work these guys do in Bartletts is truly amazing. Sometimes care homes don't have the best reputations and I will be completely honest, personally having had no experience with care homes previously, this was what I expected
to happen across most of them. This couldn't have been further from the truth with Bartletts. They are patient, fragile, understanding, and complete experts in their fields. Another thing I love about Bartletts is, being a visitor myself, the way we are treated. Nothing is too much trouble and you feel like you are getting special treatment, but that's just the way they treat everyone.


I couldn't recommend Bartletts any higher for anyone considering care homes, especially for people with Dementia.

The staff at Bartlett are incredible. I have never in my life seen staff willingly want to work with passion, love and care. It is more than just impressive. Similarly, the clients of the home seemed jolly and one of them is even childlike because of happiness. At this awards ceremony each and every
client was appreciated for their day-to-day contributions, whether it was telling a joke, history lessons, story telling, baking knowledge. It's the little things that are appreciated amongst the big things.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly towards the residents and all visitors. I was very impressed by the helpful attitude of the staff and management. During my time with the staff, They helped me around the home and gave me necessary information to allow me to interact with the residents
during my volunteer work.
The staff were all very patient with the residents, even when they repeated themselves over and over again. That's what I like most about the residential home. Also, the home itself was kept very clean and the facilities provided were excellent.

Staff are always very welcoming when I visit and there is a very calm and smiley atmosphere. My friend is well looked after, kept clean and tidy and staff come quickly when called on the bell. I was impressed with the variety of entertainment offered, such as art classes and on two occasions I was able
to attend fascinating talks on early London by an archaeologist. On the afternoon when I visit, I am always offered tea/coffee and cake. Great care is taken to ensure my friend does not have a fall.

My mother was transferred from a care home in West Sussex to Bartlett's in November. My mum is so happy here.
All the staff are so kind, friendly and caring. They are brilliant. I can't praise them enough.
As a family, we are all so very pleased and content with Bartlett's.

Invited to role play. On arrival, I was well received by staff to a building that was pristine in all respects. The arrangements for my presentation of gifts was slick and well thought out for quickness of distribution giving me an opportunity for short conversations with the majority of residents.
All able residents were seated around a long table wearing Xmas hats and the room decorated in the festive spirit. Additionally, there was a buffet tea party, radio songs and music and later a visiting female singer and creating a family atmosphere. After my play role, I was invited to sit and enjoy the buffet and gave me the opportunity as an outsider to see how the staff carried out their duties. Their attitude indicated a very caring workforce that generated great trust of the residents with every need catered for. I left the building pleased to see that staff and residents were very much a big happy family with no resentments.

We viewed a number of residential care homes in the area. Bartlett's stood out hands down - not only in the level of accommodation (we often speak of it being akin to a hotel - in building with wonderful grounds, decor, furniture, and not to speak to of the meals!) but also in the approach and manner
of the staff. My Grandfather has been resident since July 2016, and we can not be happier with how he has settled and the level of care received. From early-on he referred to Bartlett's as his new home, which said a great deal. Most importantly, though, we as a family take great comfort in knowing that he is being genuinely cared for by staff that excel in everything that they do. The staff at Bartlett's are truly excellent!

Just a lovely place to visit. It's very clean, has lovely views, comfortable rooms. Charming staff and all staff cheerful and helpful. When I visited as one of the poppy sellers for the British Legion the residents had made some poppies of felt and were decorating fir cones with paint and glitter for
decorating the place for Christmas. My friend who I popped in to see while there showed me some paintings she had done and read me a poem she had been encouraged to write. I was offered a cup of tea while there too. My friend was happy there and loved watching the birds in the grounds, from a nice window seat by a big window.

My daughter and myself came to look around and was pleased with the obvious care that was available so I came here straight from hospital and the care and attention that I received was top quality. The food is marvellous and a very good choice. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff.

After looking at three homes Bartlett's was miles better than the other two. The home stands in it's own grounds, with fantastic views up to the Chiltern Hills, with it's grounds in immaculate condition. The home has all rooms en-suite and they are really clean and fresh. There are activities going
on most days, and finally, the staff - I cannot praise them enough on how friendly they are, and making the residents feel very happy in their latter days of life. I would have no trouble recommending Bartlett's in the future, to somebody who is looking for a 5 star home for their parent.

I visit monthly with a volunteer from the church to take a Communion Service. We are always made welcome and treated with respect and we witness the same attitude towards the residents. The environment is beautifully kept and there is a relaxed atmosphere of calm.
