I feel that my father-in-law is in good hands.

The staff are so friendly and it seems a happy environment. I am pleased we chose Icknield Court.

A member of staff (house 5) was very efficient, helpful and caring when my mother was having hearing aids fitted by the audiologist.

I love grampy being here. I love that it is well decorated and welcoming, we love the activities there. Staff are very friendly and always happy. If I were elderly I would live there.

It thoroughly exceeds my expectations of what a care home can be. The staff go the extra mile to ensure that residents live in a secure and happy environment.

Great efforts are made to entertain and stimulate residents.

The staff are marvellous and he loves the interaction and genuine care shown by them. I could not wish for more for my much-loved father-in-law.

My sister is very content and happy to be in the home. All the staff know her by name and are very friendly. I think it is a wonderful idea to have the home divided into separate houses so there are not too many people in one place at any time.

Finally, the gardens are kept well and my sister loves walking in them.

Mother is contented and happy in this home. She feels cared for and secure. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring under the direction of their excellent, proactive manager who welcomes visitors with sincerity. He is always watching out for the needs of the residents and treats them like family. The building itself is always clean and tidy and the gardens are delightful.

My dad has only recently moved in and so far I am really pleased. We have been kept up to date with his progress. He has been treated with care despite being in the difficult "I want to go home" period. He likes the food.

My partner moved into Icknield Court on March 13th. She is 69 and suffers with dementia. She is very active and needs lots of stimulation which the staff provide. She is very happy there, which is a great relief for me as I was stressed out before. They have regular open days and events and two friends and I went to the BBQ on 22nd July and although it was raining, the staff were so cheerful and helpful and we enjoyed the food, drink and music.

I attended a strawberry and pimm's day at Icknield Court with my family. We were all very impressed with how the management and staff put time and effort into a fantastic day of entertainment for their residents and families. It was wonderful to see the residents happy enjoying themselves and joining in, many who were capable were encouraged to get up and dance to the music, those who were unable joined in with the singing. I feel very happy that my father in law is at this home.

Staff were friendly, helpful and caring. The accommodation was good with all facilities in room including ensuite.

Since my Dad moved to Icknield Court 3 months ago it is a relief to me and Mum to see how calm and smiling he still is. It is a very comfortable place to visit as all the staff are so friendly and they are happy to see us whatever time of day we turn up. The Manager is also very pleasant and has got to recognise us already. The entertainment team work hard and it is good to see the smile they bring to Dad's face.

We find the staff very cheerful, friendly and caring. Very homely and it's a pleasure to visit our friend. She looks better now than before she moved in.

The home provides good quality food, is clean, the staff are very friendly and hard working.

Find Icknield Court to be very clean, excellent individual patients/person friendly, attentive care staff. The dining area is light and airy and so far as I know the food is very good, served hot and nice variety. I believe that in the mornings there may be "group" activities but I am not sure if this is so. Altogether I am pleased my wife resides here though I eternally wish she could still be at home.

Everything seems clean, friendly, warm, good environment, activities, caring. My elderly friend, although still a bit confused as to why she's there is content, healthy and active. Her room was decorated to her taste and she has some of her own furniture, which helps her a lot.

Icknield Court is excellent for my mother. The correct support is provided and outside agencies such as Doctors and social services as required.

We will always be grateful to you for making his passing peaceful.

Our aunt has lived at Icknield Court for several years. Both management and staff have been very proactive and supportive of her changing needs as her health has deteriorated. The high standards, in all aspects of her care, ensure we are informed of any situation that may be of concern, involving us as needed.

We have been fortunate to find a warm, caring and stimulating environment for our aunt. It gives us peace of mind knowing she is in a safe and secure home with her personal, medical and dietary support needs being met by a team of experienced and professional carers 24/7.
