I live in the West country, and as a result, I am only able to visit my mother on limited occasions. When I visit, I am so well looked after and made to feel very welcome. My mother is very well looked after and is very happy at the home. A big "thank you" to all the staff. You do a great job!

This was my first visit for 2 years. I found the welcome very pleasant and the interior of the building very clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. I had a very nice lunch with my mother (resident) and my overall experience at Sir Aubrey Ward House was very positive.

Thank you for the wonderful reception given to Mum for a 95th birthday. A room was decorated with balloons, banner, flowers etc. A special 'thank you' to the carers who definitely went the extra mile for our family. All they have done was very much appreciated.

The core carers at Sir Aubrey Ward House are fantastic. They are loyal, helpful and caring. I feel very happy leaving my mother in their hands. There have been times when, due to short-staffedness, there has been a lack of help (mainly at weekends). Food could sometimes be improved, but, overall, Mum
is well-fed and nourished.

We came to Sir Aubrey to celebrate our friend's special 100th Birthday. The celebrations were more than we could ever imagined. All the residents came along to celebrate. The room was decorated stylishly with flower displays everywhere. The food was plentiful, fresh, and tasty. The chef had baked an
amazing 100th cake. Above all the staff made such a fuss about my friend and made her feel special on her special day. This has been my experience with Sir Aubrey for the last 2 years. We are so grateful.

This has been a good month in Sir Aubrey Ward House. New activities are being introduced which a proving popular. My family all love to see pictures of my mother on social media. Although she might not remember, we can show her the pictures of her singing at the choir and playing skittles. Another recent
hit was the trip to the school disco over the road. The joy on the residents faces was amazing.

My mum is very happy at Sir Aubrey Wards and has been there for many years.
The staff are lovely and always nice to Mum, and she likes all the staff.
We've had a few problems in the past with medication and a few things, but in general, I'm happy with the home.

Sir Aubrey Ward House is a safe and caring place to live. My father is always treated with respect and compassion. He is extremely well looked after and is very happy there. The staff are all so welcoming, and the care home is very comfortable, well resourced and well-maintained. There are lots of social
activities too, and residents are encouraged to get involved and to "stay active". It's a great care home!

As a nearby neighbour to Sir Aubrey, I pop in from time to time to visit friends or enjoy an event and participate in a short monthly church service. The friendliness of the staff and the care offered to residents are prominent, long may it continue. It's a happy home.

My mum moved into Sir Aubrey Ward House in November 2022. She is so happy, settled in relatively quickly, helped by all the wonderful staff. There is a wonderful positive atmosphere all the time. Their care is exemplary. I am so happy that mum came here to live.

I attended the barbecue with my mother who is a resident. Unfortunately, the weather was not good for sitting outside, but all was accommodated inside. The food and entertainment was great, with staff joining in dancing and singing with the residents. The staff were all attentive and made it a memorable
