As always todays review was a pleasant informative meeting with our fathers care staff. We are lucky that due to the close relationship we have formed with the staff we tackle any problems that should need addressing as they arise.

I found the home very welcoming and very supportive, especially after mum died. The staff were caring and compassionate and we all became the extended family. I found the home very welcoming and very supportive, especially after mum died. The staff were caring and compassionate and we all became the extended family. They helped mum keep her dignity as much as her illness allowed and encouraged her interests. The home is a very 'musical' home and both mum and I were able to participate in "shows" run for and by the home which we both enjoyed.
The activities and outings on offer were fun and varied and we were encouraged to make full use of them, which we all did as a family. The environment inside the home was spacious, yet cosy and the gardens well kept and much used by residents. We were very pleased with our choice and wish mum could have lived to enjoy it all for longer.

I cannot express highly enough the gratitude that I feel for the staff who look after my elderly aunt who has dementia. All the staff at Sir Aubrey Ward House are amazing and so kind and caring.
