Now this is a place that truly cares!
The staff are so kind and cannot do enough for mum. She moved in last year and considering she came from hospital, she's a new woman. She's truly cared for and always looks well presented. Mums dementia makes it hard for us to talk much but the staff keep me updated and are always so welcoming.
The pink ladies are so good and work hard to reminisce and chat with mum. Mum doesn't have an en-suite so it's not always easy for her but the staff always help.
Management have recently changed and so far they have been brilliant.

Thank you all so much for your hard work.

Overall good. Staff are pleasant and friendly. Communication was good, kept up to date with mother's overall well-being. Felt senior staff cared for residents and were professional at all times. Special mention to Mohit and Russell for being so supportive. Thank you.

I cannot praise the staff and management highly enough; in every instance, they are all kind, courteous, thoughtful, attentive and vigilant. The staff treat all residents respectfully and go to great lengths to satisfy their needs. I can't speak other than what I find. Residents and visitors are treated well, too.

The overall care of my mother is excellent. The staff are very attentive. Despite my mother's dementia she enjoys the meals and sometimes contributes to the activities depending on her current mood. Despite this, I have witnessed the staff's attempts to include her. The building itself is becoming quite tired. I am confident my mother is well looked after.

I have only visited 4 times for approximately one hour each time. I do not know anything about the activities or the food provided or the value for money so I couldn't complete the form very accurately, but everything seems fine to me. My cousin appears to be happier now than when she did when she first moved in.

I am happy with the way my wife is being cared for. The staff are generally helpful and friendly, and I am usually offered a drink when I visit. They are often talking to the residents, and sometimes, when I go there are activities happening.

The home has changed so much over the last 2 years with the new staff team and management, the residents go into the community on a regular basis, the activity staff go out of their way to provide as much fun as they can each day, such a happy place to come and see my friend she seems so happy and settled.

The home looked after my mum for two years now. Mum is very well cared for by all the staff. The activities team have a great program every week. They always keep the residents stimulated and they all enjoy activities most days. Mum's room is clean and tidy but the windows are always closed. The care staff have mum well dressed and her hair always looks beautiful just like she would like it. I don't know the main manager.
