Mundy House Care Home

The care provided to my grandmother has been exceptional. The staff are very professional and express humility when dealing with her everyday needs. She felt safe and secure in the homely environment created by the staff and was always in clean clothes and had a cup of tea at hand. Her final days were peaceful and she passed with dignity. We are truly grateful to the care home and the staff.

As a family member, I can't find one fault with Mundy House. Great care and kindness. Never seen or heard any stress or upset. Efficiency from staff keeps residents safe. My loved one is always clean with a smile. Lovely clean and tidy bedroom, meals look delicious. They have sing songs, bing and entertainment with a lovely garden to sit out in on sunny days. Tea trolley refreshments and safe night watch. Always updates from staff if you have ay worries. Lovely place. Top marks from my family. Thank you.

I find Mundy House a very nice and friendly place that takes into account the needs of the residents and also the relatives.

I could not recommend Mundy House enough. The staff are brilliant and I know my nan is being cared for and is happy.

I cannot fault anything about this care home. The quality of the care and this staff are amazing. The manager is so caring, since this pandemic he has really kept us informed of everything that has been happening. He sends us weekly emails and lets us know how my mum is. He and his staff are always there to speak to you if you have any concerns or worries. I look forward to my weekly FaceTime calls with Mum and the carer who helps with these is amazing also.

It was nice to sit and talk to Mum, it means so much to just be near her. She looks and talks ok, she was pleased to see me. I really enjoyed chatting with Mum, it means so much just sitting and being near her and talk, it seems such a long time since I sat and talked to her. I thank you ever so much for letting us sit and chat.

Very happy with care. Listens to my phone calls and deals with anything I mention and keeps me updated regularly. Helps with any requests I may have.

I love living in Munday House, I am very happy here.

My bed is comfortable and I have complete confidence in the system of night call attention, when needed quickly.

I am so pleased that Mum is with Mundy House. I cannot fault their service or commitment. The staff are hard-working and very caring. Keep up the fantastic job you are doing, and Thank you for all you do.

My nan has been placed at Mundy House for some weeks now. It has been a very difficult time with dementia, covid, lockdown and broken wrists. I have never felt comfortable with nan being away from us until now. It's very difficult not seeing her but I know she is in the best place with staff and other residents. Roll on out of lockdown!

Mum has been resident for over 4 years and during that time she has received excellent care. The staff are friendly and always cheerful, happy to talk with me about Mum. There have been times when due to her condition, she has been challenging to care for but this amazing team take everything in their stride. During this pandemic, they have always put Mum's interests first and keep me updated on a weekly basis. I cannot praise them enough.

Mum has been in care for nearly 4-years. She is very well looked after. We have been kept in touch regularly during covid-19 as we cannot visit with all that is going on.

I am very happy with the weekly updates by email. Mundy House feels like one big family, who looks after our loved ones like they would their own parents/grandparents.
