Excelcare Okeley Care Home

I am so happy my dad is at Okeley Care Home. Since May they have improved his physical, mental health more than I thought was possible and he has such a great quality of life being supported and cared for in such an incredible way. I'm over the moon and feel very lucky.

The management and staff are helpful and professional in all they do. They go out of their way to please the residents.

Okeley staff are caring and compassionate, and continually do their utmost to support my parents in a safe environment.

Due to my mothers frailty, we as a family decided to place her into a care home as she was no longer able to look after herself. We chose Okeley Care Home. All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional. It's not always an easy job, but they really look after my mother with kindness and in a thoughtful way. There are a lot of activities that regularly take place to suit all needs. The home is clean and tidy, and her room has enough cupboards and drawers for her clothes. The food is excellent and well presented. I am more than happy to recommend Okeley Care Home as an excellent place for people such as my mother to stay.

Found the care home to be of an excellent quality with caring staff and good facilities to keep residents mobile and occupied.

Everytime we visit, it feels like coming home The staff is very welcoming, always providing feedback on how mum is doing. It is wonderful to know that our mum is with professionals who are caring and affectionate.

All staff treat my mother with compassion and dignity. They go above and beyond in their duties. My mother is very happy and well cared for. Her room is airy and clean. We are able to personalise her room. We have also observed how they treat all the residents and all interactions are very positive. There are always lots of activities to suit any needs. The home gives the feel of a big family environment as opposed to a buisness facility

Since my mum has gone to Okeley Care home my mum has come alive again. My mum is very happy all the staff are very hourly with mum and are very kind. I'm so happy Mum is happy. Thank you all so very much.

Mum says the staff work hard to care for her. The food is good but not exceptional. The staff are kind and helpful when needed, although she likes to be independent as much as possible. The rooms are modern and pleasant.

Mum has been here for 10 months and the home and carers have made her very comfortable. She loves the carers, food and mentions how clean it is. We have regular updates all the time. We would highly recommend the care home.

From reception right to care and recreation excellent detail given for patients and visitors. Nothing is to much trouble.

Extremely welcoming to the visitors, residents are all well looked after and there are lots of activities, all the year around. Staff are really friendly, and very helpfull
