Park View

My Grandad is cared for on a daily basis with Love & attention. His needs are met, he is demanding with his requirements but he is mostly met with a Smile & warmth. Park View is home, Grandad feels safe & cared for, certain members of staff are simply exceptional, and they know who they are!

We have found Park View to be very welcoming. Its always clean and smells nice. My mother in law is usually included in lots of activities (if not it is down to her or her mood.) The staff are very friendly ad always communicate well with us. We need her near to us ad we are so pleased this home is as good as it is.

My mother in law has been a resident in Park View for 18 months. As a ex district nurse my self I can confidently say she has received excellent care. I am always kept informed if my mother in law is unwell and what action is taken. The carers under the excellent leadership of Alex are kind and attentive and interate with the residents. Alex is always very visible and happy to talk to you. They provide many activities for the residents and take them out for outings which is lively to see on social media. We are really happy with the care my mother in law receives.

Such a friendly enviroment. Everyone always has the time to catch me up on Dad's stuff. He's always happy, well-fed and clean (as much as he will allow).

I cannot speak more highly enough of ParkView, Witham, you are only as good as your staff and the staff here are truly unbelievable, hardworking, dedicated, supportive, caring, funny, they have everything that you would want, when looking after your loved one... To me they are our unsung hero's and will be forever indebted to them all. "AMAZING TEAM"

I cannot thank you all enough for looking after my mum, she was admitted after constantly falling at home and ending up in hospital, being in care was her biggest fear but all staff helped her settle in. She was bedbound with Dementia but she was well looked after and was kept clean and tidy at all times. Thank you for looking after her in her final days. I would highly recommend and again cannot thank you all for looking after her. I also found the office staff very helpful and would go the extra mile to help you. Very impressed with Park View. On my recent visit, the management team were immediately available to answer my questions regarding my brother's care, and they can be relied upon to be absolutely honest in their responses. My brother is well groomed, well dressed, clean and comfortable, and treated with the utmost respect by all. He was referred to by name at every turn, and any assistance he required was provided immediately. He most certainly is in the very best place to receive the care he needs, which is delivered to him by a first-class team.

As always, very impressed with Park View at Witham. The staff are unendingly attentive, helpful, friendly and supportive, and the facilities are superb, especially the emphasis on resident activities and a brilliant social media which is updated virtually every day, very important as we live a great distance away.

Staff are always cheerful and professional. They clearly care for residents and go the extra mile.

The service provided for my wife, I have found to be given with care and understanding, and required by each individual's needs. When I seek an update on her care, it is dealt with in such a way, that I have always been assured and content with the information given.

The staff offer excellent excursions, this week it was golf. To see my father doing something that he loved was very satisfying. They keep him moving and motivated whenever they can.

Very good care from start to finish. Wife was cared for in a very nice way. Room was clean. Staff always on hand and helpful.

Just to say its a lovely care home the staff are lovely and they do so much with my mum its nice to know she is safe and looked after. Thank you all for what you do for her.

My wife has been in Park View for over nine years and I have nothing but praise for her care and her carers. I am so grateful also for their consideration of my welfare too. It takes special people with lots of patience to become a carer. And I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands.

My grandmother was at Park View for about 18 months until she passed away. I live abroad so I appreciated the lively Park View social media account where I sometimes saw her petting a pygmy goat, celebrating VE Day, or receiving an Easter egg delivery. During my shorter visits but especially during my week-long vigil before she passed, I saw first-hand how much Park View staff do for their residents and their families. I cannot speak highly enough of the Park View staff -- including the fantastic manager, the directors of social activities and healthcare, the carers, the handyman, the night workers and everyone else -- who cared not just for my grandmother but also for me and my family. They were kind, compassionate, and thoughtful, and they were proactive about communicating with us, both in person and on the phone. I felt reassured at every step that my grandmother was in good hands. Thank you, Park View!

I am very happy with the way he is being looked after. He seems to be very happy living there. All the carers are very nice and very helpful. I am glad that he has found a nice home to be in.
