I am very happy to have my Mum here, she is eating better, being encouraged to look after herself better, also good socializing with other residents. The carers are very good and kind in their care. My mum is very comfortable in her room, and is telling me how much she likes it here at Park View.

I feel that carers have gone above and beyond to help mum, especially during COVID19. I am so happy she is being looked after by the happy (yet very overworked) staff. I would even like to thank the cleaners/kitchen staff who are just as kind and caring.

My mum has been a resident at Park View for over three years, and the care she has received during this time has been outstanding. The carers understood my mum's anxieties and triggers. They give her the reassurance she needs and will promote her independence. All the staff at Park View are amazing and have kept everyone safe during the pandemic.

We have found the home to be a perfect place for our mother-in-law. I would have liked for my father to also move here however this proved to be complicated as he is in another borough.
The staff are 1st rate, the food is good and we are informed of any problems ie health.

I would highly recommend this care home and have done.
