Park View is situated in Witham and many of the rooms overlook the parklands. Yet, Parkview’s unique location is such that the heart of the town is a short walk away, giving both peaceful location and the busy town.

Park View has a wonderful friendly atmosphere, and paved courtyards allow the space for outdoor activities as well and all these activities are designed to stimulate, amuse and entertain all of those cared for.

The Home is spacious with beautiful lounges, dining areas and a conservatory, again another peaceful area for either gentle activities or to sit and read or complete a crossword.

I was a mess two years ago when I had to make the decision to put my friend in a care home.
The assistant manager was great. She reassured me and was very patient and understanding. Over the last two years my friend was treated very well and was made to feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you

Our mother was a resident in Park View for 18 months during which time the staff were extremely understanding, caring and supportive of her needs. At times, mum was reluctant to comply with necessary events (visit from hairdresser, necessary pedicure attention etc) as her Alzheimer's reduced her ability
to reason and understand her situation. The staff were great! They also respected her need to walk and escape the confines of her room, enabling her to enjoy a measure of freedom within a friendly, warm and companionable environment. They were also very supportive to us. They helped us understand our loss as we saw the alert, intelligent, capable and independent person fade as the disease took over. Thank you to everyone. We could never have managed without you!

I have been overwhelmingly impressed with my mums care here. Naturally, I was very anxious when mum was admitted but all the staff have shown outstanding care towards my mum and a real sense of empathy. I love the 'open door' policy and it is so clear there is nothing to hide here. Every time I come
it is spotlessly clean and the staff are so professionally open and friendly. I have no concerns whatsoever.

After living by herself for a few years, Mum was losing her confidence and becoming lonely and withdrawn, she hardly smiled. Mum also had a couple of falls. We were so worried about her that we visited a few care homes and found Park View was just what we were looking for, it was like a home away from
home for Mum.
Mum agreed to visit Park View for two weeks respite after which time she liked it so much that she stayed.
Mum very quickly began to blossom under their care. She was happy, confident and most of all she was safe.
Mum made friends easily with the staff and the other residents and always had a tale or two to tell us. Mum never regretted moving to Park View and always said how lucky she was to be there.
Park View staff are so friendly, always smiling, always said hello, had time to stop for a chat and always offered us a cup of tea.
We are so grateful that Mum received such great care in her years at Park View.

The general care is excellent. Staff are always smiling and helpful. Residents are so well looked after apart from in house entertainment. They get to visit a number of places in the area. Food, drinks and personal care is second to none.

Can I say this care home and all the staff are extremely friendly, caring and helpful whilst my nan was in the last stages of dementia. In the final moments they kept us updated all the time, took time to support us all the way and made my nan so comfortable. I am extremely grateful that my nan had
her last few days there (was there for 2years) with caring staff, and for that we are grateful. Would love to say a massive thank you to all that looked after her and made her stay as comfortable and pleasing as it could have been. I rate this home 5 star. Thank you again.

Each time I visit 3-4 times a week sometimes in the morning other times afternoon.

On my first visit to view the home, for possible placement, I was impressed with the refreshing aroma, throughout the home, I was impressed with the genuine affection and care displayed by the member of staff who greeted me. She displayed calm control of all that was happening about her. This later

My Mum went straight to Park View from hospital in January 2019. During the short time she has been there, the staff have been excellent. My Mum is much happier and now eating again thanks to the staff persevering with her and encouraging her. The care home is very clean and tidy and the staff always
happy to help with any concerns, worries or needs. Both myself and my brother would highly recommend Park View Witham.

Over the two year period my Mum has been a resident the level of care and understanding of her needs has been outstanding.
Her last days were cared for with respect and dignity - she passed away in peace and calm.
All the staff are so caring, both for residents and their relatives.
Cannot praise
the staff enough - from management to the cleaners, they all treat the residents with the respect they deserve in the latter years.
