Overall Experience

My daughter has been a resident at the Bungalow for 8 years, it is an amazing home from home environment, the manager Amanda is such an understanding warm motherly person, the staff are like aunts, and I consider them like an extended family, I can visit anytime, day or night, although I do respect it is their home. The food provided is homely, and all home cooked, from a full english to a proper roast on a sunday, curry's, pasta dishes, all cooked from scratch. My daughters needs are totally met, with love and care, she is so happy. I couldnt ask for a better environment.

Overall Experience
The Bungalow provides a caring environment where residents are carers are like family; a safe and comfortable home for my brother.
He is treated with dignity and respect by all carers and family are welcome to visit at any time. He has a relaxing and comfortable room and his needs are always given highest consideration.

I cannot recommend The Bungalow highly enough to others with vulnerable family members. 5 stars!
