From the moment my Dad arrived at Haven Lodge, he was made to feel welcome, comfortable and at home. All the staff provided great care and were so kind to my Mum, my brother and I. Nothing was too much trouble. My Dad received end of life care so this was a difficult time for our family. A huge thank
you to all the staff for their dedication, hard work and kindness.

Overall the care home is clean, fresh and well run. As ever, it is the smaller details that need improvement. Items are often left out of reach e.g., remote control, lights sometimes not switched on in the evening, tea is sometimes done in a rush. Food is always of a good standard and appetizing, definitely
in the top league for food. Tops are sometimes left of body wash, toothpaste etc.
