Fleet Hall Care Home - Avery Collection

My father currently resides in the Sunrise Care Home in Fleet. Our experience to date of the service they provide is exemplary. The facilities, location and most importantly, the staff, are excellent. They have provided my father with an extremely high level of care and they have provided myself and the rest of his family with the reassurance that he is safe and happy and is being treated with the respect that he deserves. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.

Feels like a residential hotel with many and varied activities going on, especially during weekdays. Staff seem very caring and take their duty of care responsibilities seriously. One or two issues with cleaning at weekends occurred but were dealt with satisfactorily. My mother is quite frail now but is treated with respect at all times. Cost is expensive but covers most activities inclusively.

Sunrise of Fleet is a lovely care home and my mother is happy. Well cared for although not always appropriately dressed, I know it is difficult as she is wheelchair bound.

The laundry is a cause for concern, several items of good clothing have gone missing, cashmere sweaters are reduced in size and white bras now a paler shade of grey.

The staff are lovely and always happy to chat to me, the entertainment is good and she loves the Country Bus Trips, the driver is a lovely chap with a super voice.

On the whole a happy experience for her and the family.

Sunrise is a very friendly, welcoming home. The residents are treated with respect and dignity and provided with number or stimulating activities daily. It is particularly well sited, being a short, level walk to the high street of Fleet, for those residents who are fit enough. Whilst it is not the same as one's home, I and my Mother are very satisfied that it is the best choice available

We have been very pleased with Sunrise in all aspects of care for our parent who has been a resident for some time. If we have ever had any need to raise any problems or concerns they have generally been remedied or dealt with very efficiently and to our satisfaction. Neither we nor our parent, have had any reason to regret choosing Sunrise.

My mother is quite settled her in Sunrise of Fleet and I am very happy with the care and accommodation she receives.

There is always room for continuous improvement especially in the dementia unit where residents cannot speak for themselves and the staff and management review and act on feedback on this continuous improvement very well.

I have lived at Sunrise for 6 years and received good care. As I am now losing my vision and hearing and finding it more difficult to function as I had been, but every help is given here.

After life at home with my late wife, I decided to move to Sunrise of Fleet in February 2016. I find I am settling to the new circumstances reasonably well and making good friends.

The staff could not have been more helpful getting to know my Aunt's individual preferences. I hope that she can stay here at Sunrise of Fleet indefinitely.

Since becoming a resident, I have received the utmost co-operation from all those people either wishing to become a resident and each person who has stated they feel so lucky to be at Sunrise and have become keen to recommend the care home to others. The facilities, activities, food and accommodation are excellent. The sunrise staff are kind, helpful and willing to serve newcomers.

I am happy and well cared for.

No real complaints. Occasions when I've visited, my sister needed changing but there was no problem in getting a carer to see to her.

And value for money? I do not know how much is paid for her weekly, but simply know my family and friends could not afford to send someone here (let alone me!). The atmosphere is lovely as are the house arrangements.

Everyone is made very welcome always a smile. My husband does not understand why he is in there. But he is happy with the staff.
