Such a warm, welcoming. Made my father feel like royalty. The facilities are fantastic and cover all manner of activities. The room was tailored to suit my father and make it homely. Nothing seems too much for the staff and management. I feel reassured my father will thrive in this environment.

During the two and a half years my mother has been at Brookvale House she has always said how caring the staff are. They ensured she was cleanly dressed and well-fed. The staff also made her smile.
