Easy move into care home life for Mum. Great caring staff and nothing is too much trouble. Lots to keep Mum busy and entertained. A bright, airy home with a great garden. Quiet lounges, busy TV lounge and one to take your guests to. Mum's room is a very good size and is bright and comfortable.

My mother has been at Brookvale House for just over four months and is very happy and well cared for. She was losing weight at home and finding it difficult to cope, even with carers coming in three times a day. At Brookvale, I know she is gaining weight and interested in what's going on around her.

Every time I visit my friend the staff make me feel welcomed and always offered tea and biscuits. Also, my friend feels very happy and settled there.

We find all the staff at Brookvale House kind and helpful. My mother's bedroom is always clean and tidy and she always looks well cared for with fresh clean clothes. She looks comfortable in the very smart new chairs and there is always plenty of entertainment.

My mother is very well cared for, supported and stimulated. The staff are of course a group of varied individuals but as a rule, are genuinely caring and respectful.

It has been very difficult at times for all concerned but they have built a lovely caring relationship with her and they have treated her with respect and dignity.
