Willow Court, conveniently located in Harpenden, offers a range of care services including residential care, specialist dementia care and respite care. In addition, there is a day care centre for older people.

Within the home you'll find welcoming lounges and dining rooms as well as other inviting areas including cosy corners and themed areas. Each of the bedrooms in the home are en-suite and fully furnished. The bedrooms in the home's extension also include showers. All bedrooms benefit from wi-fi connectivity, a nurse call system and a television.

Willow Court has it's own café area, conveniently situated near reception, which is the perfect place to sit and socialise with family and friends over tea, coffee and other refreshments. The French doors of the café open straight onto one of the garden patios, perfect for summer BBQs and parties.

The home's beautiful landscaped gardens include a number seating areas and patios, raised flower beds and a gazebo. A perfect place to relax in during the spring and summer months.

Willow Court has its own dedicated activity worker who ensues that there are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

Watching mum slowly deteriorate and withdraw continues to be a very sad and stressful experience. Yet, the levels of care and support mum receives at Willow Court is beyond anything I would have anticipated. Some issues are particularly challenging and yet the carers remain kind, compassionate, optimistic
and resourceful. The home is warm, friendly and exceptionally clean. The decor and furniture are homely and inviting, the food without fail is nourishing, plentiful and tasty. As a visitor it is very uplifting to see all the activities taking place. Primarily, for me, the dignity and respect showed towards my mum gives me peace of mind, that I am so very grateful for.

I have visited a resident twice and have always found the home clean - after the first time I came, there was a terrible smell of urine upstairs. Came for a meal which was excellent. Food, service, staff, cleanliness all excellent. Everyone seemed very happy and friendly.

It was a pleasant surprise to be invited to breakfast on the basement floor, where the staff made us welcome and the music was playing. They created a happy atmosphere, as indeed they always do. Those feeling glum are cheered up and encouraged as a result!

Casino Royale event beautifully decorated, impressive and imaginative décor. A lot of effort has been made to capture the atmosphere of a casino - pleasant background music. Attractive flower arrangements and table settings. It is obvious that the staff have worked extremely hard. Many thanks.

The care provided at Willow Croft is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff who all take real pride in their job. They are clearly well organised and knew what they have to do. I was very impressed on walking into the reception to see the amount of decoration and the staff dressed in glamorous dresses with a super hairdresser.
The garden looked great with a marquee decorated to resemble a casino and a "real James bond to give it a real atmosphere. The staff were very attentive
and encouraged everyone to be involved. Several clients were swaying to the music and obviously enjoying the occasion. Great singer.
