Burnham House Reviews (3)
Over all time Burnham House has 3 reviews.
My close friend, who is a resident, is always very happy with the care she receives. It is reassuring to see the staff take time and be attentive to little details which I know mean so much to her - simply paying extra attention to help her appearance goes a long way and shows she is respected and well thought of.
My brother is well looked after and I have no problems with his care and safety. Staff are very kind and polite.
My dad has lived at Burnham for a few years and all the staff have been outstanding with him, I have never had to worry about taking time off work to accompany my dad to appointments as this is all taken care of by the manager, I’m always updated by staff about my dad, always feel welcome when visiting, offered drinks when visiting. Feels very homely. Thank you to all the staff your doing a grand job.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
