My wife has been here since October 2017, I find the care at Tristford House excellent. Staff, food, activities and the overall feel of the place is very good. My wife's care is spot on. She does a lot of activities going on with staff and with myself when I come up.
Excellent home.

I have lived at Tristford since October 2017. I have found the managers to be excellent and all the staff to be very kind and caring. I am confined to a wheelchair which means that I need a lot of help as I am paralysed from the waist down and have some problems with my upper body. The staff cater for
all my needs, helping with love and without complaint. The food is home cooked with a choice of menus by 2 different chefs. It's delicious!
My room is kept extremely clean by 2 housekeepers whom are happy and cheerful in their work on a daily basis.
There is a wide range of activities available. For example, a fitness lady comes in once a month and outside musicians come into the home for entertainment. I do my own art in my room. I feel safe and happy here as the building is secure and night staff are at hand during the night.

Tristford has always provided my brother with excellent care.
We were, of course, concerned when the business was sold.
The change has made no difference to the standard of care and it is clear that the new owners are investing in the future of Tristford which is very reassuring.

Tristford House is the best and only place for my daughter. The management and staff care for her complex needs with professionalism and kindness. The staff are more like friends than careworkers. Lovely rooms, lovely garden, excellent food, relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Top class.
