My close friend moved into the care home about two weeks ago. She is settling slowly with the help of the staff who have shown great patience and care. Her room is clean and comfy. The food is ok and overall I find things are excellent.

I visited my friend who had recently moved in. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. They all went out of their way to help and make sure we were comfortable. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The manager was very friendly and helpful and lovely with my friend.

Staff friendly and helpful. Never any problem visiting. My mother in law is finding the transition easy and is in good spirits. Didn't realise cost but I guess having good care 24 hours, its reasonable value. All staff, as I said, are great and facilities are good. If I was retiring and needed a place, the Robert Bean home would be top of my list.

This is the first time I have been to a home so have nothing to compare it to but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly, areas very clean. The home itself seems very warm and welcoming.

My mum has recently come to Rochester Care Home. For us, her family have peace of mind the care she receives has made it easier for us to come to terms with. The staff have been great!

The home is welcoming and friendly. Our mum has settled better than we could have imagined. We have peace of mind that mum has the care and support and her needs are fulfilled. This is a lovely home and would recommend this to other people.

The manager and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic with my lovely Mum, who was recently diagnosed with Alziemers.
She loves all the staff, especially certain members of course, and they're always happy and open with us. Mum is quite "with it" most of the time, so she often helps the other residents, with staff making sure all's OK. Mum has also been baking in the main kitchen and arranged flowers for reception and communal areas.

We can honestly say that Mum has utterly thrived since being here, and feels she has a group friends around. Her vocabulary has improved too.

All I can say is that I couldn't ask for a better home for my wife.

The management and carers are excellent in their care for all the residents and my wife is very happy here but like sometimes do have their bad days. Then for a lift, the carers and entertainment visitors keep residents occupied.

My friend was recently taken into the care home, suffering from Alzheimers. He was quite distressed and disorientated but within a week has settled really well, looking happy, content and much healthier. This is all due to the care and interactive support of the kind staff. The manageress goes out of her way to make it a home from home.

Also helping the relatives and friends adapt to a sometimes upsetting time.

I cannot recommend this care home enough. The staff are kind, caring and patient. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming and my mother is treated with respect and courtesy. The food is excellent with endless supplies of tea, coffee and juice. The rooms are clean and tidy with a keen eye for neatness. All residents are valued and treated with dignity. There is lots of interaction with staff and much humour is heard around the home. My mother is so happy there and her health and wellbeing have improved since receiving the wonderful care from every member of staff.

Visited the home for the first time to see my mother. She was looked very well and seemed very comfortable in her surroundings. She loves the entertainers that perform at the home from time to time. All the staff are caring and I was impressed with everyone I came into contact with. I feel relieved that we were able to find my mother safe accommodation where she would be well cared for. Happy with the care home.
