Since my friend became a resident at Beauchamp Court she has settled in well and in the early stages of her stay, she did not want to leave her room. She never appears distressed about this as the staff, without exception, are all friendly and supportive towards her.
A new manager took over in March/April
of this year and his enthusiasm for the residents of Beauchamp Court and for his members of staff is clear for everyone to see. It was quite remarkable that he managed to persuade my friend to spend more time in the lounge rather than sitting in her room and perhaps without realising it has actually lifted my friend's demeanour in a positive way and she actually enjoys that time immensely.
I telephone my friend regularly and I am always mindful about when I call her because the staff there have duties to attend to throughout their working day, but not once have they shown any impatience and always hand the phone to my friend promptly and with good grace and friendliness.

Completely satisfied with the care my wife is receiving; she is always clean and happy when I visit. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Would recommend the home to anyone. When the home has a social get-together, myself and family are always invited to attend; they are always well attended
and enjoyable. It would be nice if there was a few more trips out, but realise the difficulty this would be for the staff.

So many of the carers at this home have been there for many years - that says it all! They are truly dedicated to their residents.
Mum has been there over a year now and since the arrival of the new manager, the home has changed 100% for the better!
The care Mum has received from the new manager and
staff is second to none! He has brought the home ‘alive’ with new initiatives, new activities and has a very affable demeanour, laughing and joking with staff, residents and their families. He should be commended for his dedication and new endeavours to the home, staff and residents.

My aunt was suffering from acute dementia and we took the decision to have her looked after in Beauchamp Court a few years ago. We have found as a family that the home is very well managed - especially following the change of management - which has made a substantial difference to the quality of care.
The standard of care is high and the staff go above and beyond to ensure comfort.
The location is in a peaceful suburban part of South West London and whilst we have now taken the decision to re-home our aunt closer to our other family members, I would have no hesitation recommending Beauchamp Court to anyone thinking about it.

Because of covid restrictions on visiting I haven't yet to be able to visit my wife in her room or have much of the sense of the daily life of the residents. I have no idea to the quality of the food and drink for example. The manager is exceptionally active and helpful and I am hopeful that her example
inspires all the staff, but it is not yet possible for me to give an accurate or full review.

My father has lived here since the beginning of March and has settled in well. Very difficult timing, both for personal circumstances and with Covid but all staff are very helpful, caring and respectful of each individual’s needs. Contact with the home is very easy - never wait long for a reply - just
wish he had internet connection in his room. Thank you to all at Beauchamp.

My 91-year-old mother has now stayed at Beauchamp Court in East Molesey twice this year, and I am so pleased to have found this care home. She has excellent all-round care and it gives the family total peace of mind to know Mum is cared for so well. This year has been especially difficult for Beauchamp
Court during the Covid Lockdown, they have taken every precaution necessary to safeguard the residents, in fact, we are just arranging her next visit, and will have no worries whatsoever to take Mum there to be cared for by the manager and her team. We are extremely happy and so is she.

We have used this home on a number of occasions for my mother-in-law. The care is warm and nurturing and she is happy to go there. It feels more personal than a larger home we have used before and communication with the manager is excellent. We have peace of mind knowing she is well looked after while
we have a break from caring.

My mother has been resident since June 2020. She seems happy and is being looked after well. As I live abroad the home have been very helpful in allowing me to speak to her over video calls and keeping me updated on her care.

I attended Beauchamp Court for respite after a gallstone operation at hospital and being there for two weeks. I am currently staying for my respite, which is for two week period, which is from 19/01/20 - 2/02/20, after which I hope to return home. I have found this to be a wonderful experience (as shown
by my rating) and it is really helping my recovery in every way. All staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I'm most grateful for everything.

I needed to move my mother from a respite home to a permanent home. My friend recommended Beauchamp Court, as his father in law has stayed there. The management were extremely helpful in facilitating the short notice assessment and move into a very comfortable room. The home has a friendly homely feel
with lots of activities. My mother has gone from being extremely agitated in her previous respite care home to now being happier and relaxed, which is a great weight off my mind.

Highly accessible, attentive management availability. Genuinely sympathetic and patient staff. Clean, well maintained communal and private rooms. Generous communal areas in terms of space/seating etc per resident. Care staff take great care to respond to any mishaps and emergencies and to contact necessary
external support promptly and efficiently. I felt that at all times my mother was in safe and caring hands.
When my mother passed away on May 28th, staff handling was first class.

My dad stayed at Beauchamp Court for 2 weeks to enable us to have a much needed family holiday. I was immediately impressed by the warm and friendly welcome from the staff who seem genuinely kind and caring. They have room for 19 residents so it's not too big and impersonal. The rooms were large
and spacious with wide corridors and plenty of grab rails. At the time of our visit, the residents were having a sing-song so dad seemed very happy to join in. The manager is very efficient and professional and I felt reassured to go away on holiday knowing that dad would be in safe hands. She even sent me a picture of dad singing. I was very happy to see him so happy and relaxed when we collected him. While we were away, a friend came to visit him and she said she liked that there was always a member of staff in the main sitting area all the time she was there. I think he had a far more stimulating time than at home. We will definitely be happy to use this home again.

My father has been resident in Beauchamp Court since March 2019. Since that time, he has always been treated with dignity and respect. Staff are always kind and helpful. The manager is both caring and professional and is good at keeping me in touch with my father's well being.
Keep up the good work.

My mom has recently moved to Beauchamp following a broken femur and long stay in hospital. She has had a lot to contend with but remains chipper. I moved her up to Surrey from Dorset and worried how she would cope with everything but the staff have done a marvellous job in settling her in. She has high
praise for the food and I am very happy that she is warm, well fed and looked after. The staff are lovely and friendly and the manager has helped us with the transition for my mom from hospital to a new home in another county!

My father-in-law is in respite care at present following a chest infection and fractured ankle. I have been impressed by the friendly, efficient and caring staff who seem to have endless patience and time for each of the residents. The manager is very cheerful, helpful and efficient giving the family
confidence in the home. Rooms can be personalised with things from home and every care is given to make residents stay comfortable.

The food is made on the premises and is fresh and nutritious. My father-in-law would like a bit more choice in soups and or sandwiches at supper. Given that he has quite a few dislikes including pasta he has these options quite a lot but having said that the quality is excellent.

I feel the fees are fair and would highly recommend Beauchamp Court for anyone who has a relative who needs supervision and assistance rather than nursing care.

I am delighted to confirm I have found this care home very kind, caring and friendly. The staff are excellent and have gone out of their way to help my mother settle in and everybody is very patient. My mother is happy, comfortable, well looked after and certainly content. She regards staff as old friends
and is enjoying an extended life in all respects, particularly in the arts/craft activities. Bearing in mind her age and current state of health, it is reassuring to know that she is in safe hands.

Due to a fire, my mother was placed in the home while I was abroad. I telephoned daily for a week until my return and received reassurance from the staff. The manager even took a lovely photo of my mother and sent it to me.
Since my return, I've been able to observe the kindness and efficiency with
which the home is run.

We recently had to find a care home for my mother, who is 95 years old, a very independent lady who was living on her own. She started to get very muddled and would forget to eat and had a few falls, so we searched for somewhere small and personal. Beauchamp Court is perfect for Mum. Her room is all
recently refurbished. The staff are wonderful and Mum hasn't been so well cared for in a long time. She is happy and we have peace of mind she is safe.
