My mother is now under the care of York House in Dereham. It was a tough decision to admit she needed more care than we were able to provide. At the time I felt guilty but now I see she has care of the highest standard. She also has company all the time and is safe and well fed. The home has a lovely atmosphere and all the carers are amazing.

The manager and staff at York House are always very welcoming when we arrive. The home is clean and very pleasant to look at. The staff are friendly and always offer drinks and snacks. The Christmas Party was exceptional in entertainment, atmosphere and food provided. We were sorry that we could not accept their invitation to go for Christmas lunch.
Dad looked forward to his stay there over New Year's while we visited family further away than he can now travel.
