of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge.

My mother moved into Davers Court from another area. Having viewed three different suites to find the one that worked best for her, we were so pleased to leave her that first day with a smile on her face and with her talking freely to staff.
This home couldn’t be more different than the one she had
been placed in after a short stay in hospital. It’s comfortable, with good food, caring staff and some extra treats available such as a hairdresser and a shop.

As a recently arrived resident, my mother has been made very welcome by all the staff and other residents. I have been impressed with the level of communication from Davers Court as my mother has settled in and as the difficult Covid-19 situation in the home has unfolded.
A minor frustration has been
occasional difficulty in reaching my mother by telephone. This is undoubtedly an indication of how busy the staff are being kept as a result of Covid restrictions.
Overall, as the daughter of a new resident, I have been impressed by Davers Court and am pleased to have chosen it for my mother.

I found Davers Court very homely and the staff were friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for my mum.
I was impressed with the little personal touches regarding my mum's room and it was clear that a lot of trouble had been taken to make her feel very much at home.

My mother-in-law has been residing in Davers Court for ten months now and both her daughter and I have been very pleased with the care provided for her by the staff. Of course, as her health situation changed new challenges have to be met and we can only applaud the whole team at Davers Court for the
way they respond to both her and her family. We have had situations where my mother-in-law was finding it very difficult to cope with changes to her health and the team proved that they were willing to work with the health authorities and us to help make her stay more comfortable and happy.

My mother moved into Davers Court in April of this year. The staff provide excellent care in a kind and friendly manner. The meals are excellent according to my mother who is quite fussy where food is concerned. Despite Covid restrictions regarding visiting, the staff are successfully treading a very
fine line and are keeping both residents and their families happy! Initially, I didn’t want my mother to go into residential care but now I am very happy that she is being so well cared for. Thank you to all concerned.

Dad has moved into Davers Court recently at the age of 94 suffering from dementia. I was impressed with the ease and speed of the admission process, despite the obstacles put in the way by Covid, and am now very happy to learn from Dad that he feels "very well looked after". While we all look forward
to a time when visitors can come and go more freely, the staff are handling the current visitor process sensibly and sensitively.

My Mum was a resident of Davers Court for over two and a half years. She was very happy there and beautifully cared for by a staff team who spent time and trouble to genuinely get to know her. Initially Mum was able to participate in a range of activities, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I always felt
welcomed into the Home and witnessed the levels of care firsthand. This meant that as Mum's health faded and lockdowns started, I was reassured that the kind and thoughtful care would continue, as indeed it did, alongside regular contact from the Home to keep me informed and to offer support. Sadly, Mum died at the end of January. During the last few months of her life, the quality of physical and emotional care she received was second to none and allowed Mum to end her life peacefully and with dignity with those who had become her family at Davers Court. This gave us great comfort as a family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Davers Court and give my heartfelt thanks.

It is so much appreciated that throughout the time my Mother has been at Davers Court her care has been so wonderful and now, with the added pressure and complications you have to take into account, we as a family can relax in the knowledge that she continues to be looked after with such consideration
for her wellbeing. Thank you for everything that all of you do and for your constant good humour. I wish my Mother was clearer in herself to understand the affection and understanding she is shown, but I am clear that she is only doing so well because of the care you all show her every day. As a family, we felt we'd exhausted the option for Grandma to remain in her own home. If only we'd made our decision to move her to Davers Court sooner. Grandma is like a new woman. She is engaging with her surroundings and exploring her new home with interest and zeal which is so encouraging to see.
We are so pleased that Grandma has found a new zest for life thanks to the wonderful, caring support from all the staff at Davers Court.

My mother came to Davers Court for a trial with a view to making this permanent. Undoubtedly if it had not been for Covid and the restrictions which have to be in place to protect everyone I think then her trial stay would have transpired into her wanting to make Davers her permanent home. During her
five week stay which included two weeks' isolation, it was obvious that the care she got was excellent and she has continually said how well she had been looked after. Unfortunately having a UTI towards the end of her stay and the fact that she couldn't cope with being isolated from all her family it became obvious that she was finding it difficult to really settle in. I am sure if it hadn't been for Covid that this would have worked very well, unfortunately, at the moment we are living in difficult times. She did also say how good the food and it was clear that on the day I picked her up that she was visibly very upset saying goodbye to all those that had cared for her so well. Thank you.

Our mother has only just joined Davers Court in the last two weeks. It is always a difficult and stressful decision moving a parent into a care home especially with the added complications of Covid and not being able to visit the home or help to settle them in etc. I've been very impressed with the
efficiency and caring attitude of all the staff that I have been in contact with. The Customer Relations Manager and Deputy Manager have been so helpful and caring from the outset keeping me informed at each stage and liaising efficiently for a smooth transition. We've been in contact with various team leaders to check on how mum is settling in and each time if they were unavailable they have always called back the same day and provided a thorough update without making you feel a nuisance. Everyone seems to have the residents best interest at the heart of what they do and we as a family are very grateful to know mum is safe and well cared for.

The management of this home is very good. It is a happy positive place to come into. The front of house staff and deputy manager are welcoming and know my mother well. This is very good and welcome. Moving into care is traumatic for all. The home has managed this exceptionally for me and mother. What
is of notice is that there is no difference in care, ethos, or practice on her wing with the regular change of staff. This is driven by the quality of the senior staff in leading the teams. It is seamless. A very happy home with countless positives and opportunities to learn to improve practice taken on board effortlessly.

My Father recently passed away after many years under the care of the team at Davers Court. Throughout the team has looked after him with care and dignity. The facilities are excellent and the home was always looking for ways to improve and introduce new initiatives, ranging from a 'shop' the residents
could visit, to animals being brought in to add extra interest to the day. Being a number of hours away, the communication and engagement was first class and I always felt informed. I can not praise the entire team enough and Davers Court would be my immediate choice if the unfortunate situation arose again where a relative needed residential care. 5 stars.

My mother recently passed away at Davers Court following a diagnosis of cancer.
There are no words to express how fantastic the team at Davers Court were throughout her time with them from the staff to management. During her illness, the home did everything necessary to keep her comfortable liaising
with the GP and family. The caring and support given to both myself and my mother during her last days were outstanding by the team on her unit both day and night. Amazing, generous, kind, understanding and professional are just a few words to describe them. This is all on top of such comfortable, clean and homely surroundings not to mention the fantastic food. Thank you all.

Mum has lived in Davers Court for four months now and I cannot express how happy we are with every aspect of the home! The food is amazing. The staff are so friendly even when Mum is being difficult. 10/10 for cleanliness, even Mum has commented on how lovely and clean it is. We now have peace of mind

Amazing care is given to my Grandad. My Grandad has dementia and the staff here provide him with the respect and dignity he deserves. Davers court has a lovely atmosphere and the staff always make our family feel welcome. I believe my Grandad is still alive due to the care he receives here.
