Overall Experience
It was very informative regarding all medical appointments, very well documented, easy to understand. The updates of the ongoing weight loss programme were very helpful. The new ideas for entertainment and keeping residents active with more walking, swimming, music and dancing for those able and more arts and craft. All my concerns were covered, all questions answered, a very enjoyable review.

Overall Experience
I receive a wonderful welcome from staff when I visit - they are kind and helpful. The home atmosphere is very friendly. I appreciated sitting in my son's room and chatting to him. I received lovely Christmas cards and presents from my son.

Overall Experience
My son always looks forward to his stay seeing his friends and is very happy whilst there. The decor and furnishings are nice. I get a very nice welcome from staff when I visit. I am definitely kept informed of my son's care and state of health and I am very grateful for the support I have been given regarding my son's recent health issues.

Overall Experience
My relative always looks forward to staying at the home and is very happy whilst there. The general mood and atmosphere is warm and friendly and the appearance from the outside is nice. A good welcome from staff when I visit.
The laundry service is fine. My relative enjoys helping on the allotment at the home and enjoys going to the shop to buy his newspaper.
