Staff went the extra mile in helping my mum settle into her new home. They were gentle and kind during a difficult time. They have continued to be friendly, supportive and caring. The food always looks appetising and smells wonderful. We feel reassured that they have her best interests at heart.

Amazing staff and very caring. The staff helped out all the time when needed. It is a very homely environment with very friendly staff. They made my mom feel like she was a part of the family.

My friend was admitted as an emergency placement to Evergreen. The staff welcomed her with open arms and were very kind and thoughtful of her needs. She had never been in a care home before and was very nervous about moving in. She has settled very well and I can't thank the staff enough for all they

I came to Evergreen as urgent respite and will be sad to leave because the staff and residents have shown unconditional positivity as regards to me. Food is great and being honest I can't find fault at Evergreen.

I am very happy with the service provided. The staff are very helpful and kind. They care for my wife so well and I know my wife is happy in their care. The carers are amazing, they not only understand my wife's needs but also help me as I have been struggling with not seeing my wife due to Covid. I
phone three times a day and it's never any trouble for them to speak with me and let me know how my wife is.

Mom is very happy here. Her health has greatly improved and after living alone for several years, she now feels she has her life back. The staff are lovely and Mom loves them all. Mom also enjoys her meals and feels really at home here. The staff go the extra mile for the residents, even painting Mom's
nails and providing stimulating activities.

My mother entered Evergreen just ten days before lockdown. She was traumatised by going into the home straight from hospital. The staff soon settled her into a lovely room, very near to the office so that they could keep a close eye on her. My mother has needed a lot of attention and the staff have
comforted her and responded sensitively to her needs. We have been able to visit her during lockdown via a temporary shelter erected outside. I am very impressed with how the staff are providing stimulating activities and we receive regular WhatsApp videos and photos of any events. There is a real family atmosphere within the home and all staff are friendly and approachable.

Mom has been in Evergreen since January 2013. The staff at the home have always been professional, caring and friendly. They show genuine love for my mother, and I can not in all the years she had been at Everygreen fault the care she has received. I have mentioned this home to other people who have
doubts about the 'care system' for their family members.

I find the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean. Mom doesn't like some of the dinners. Where mom sits nobody can see or hear the TV. The room where they eat is very pleasant. Thank you for taking good care of mom.

My sister has been in Evergreen Care Home for the last six months. She is very well looked after by all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Every time I go she is always fresh and clean. She has her hair and nails done weekly. The staff are always around to see to her needs. She has been
confused quite a bit in the last month. She is always treated with kindness and patience. I would recommend this home to anyone who has a relative who needs a caring family home.

My aunt has been a resident for over six months and is very settled. Physically she has improved and now is in good health. My only worry is that she will survive her funds. While the cost seems high, in reality, it is not more than other homes. I do not manage to visit often but in the meantime, I
have no worries about her good care. Any concerns are reported to me immediately.

I have, from first arriving at this home, always felt/feel comfortable. The staff are approachable, friendly and very caring toward the residents.
The home is very well presented, extremely clean, food is very appetising and well presented. When my friend first came here I didn't think she would settle.
I am very happy to say not only has she settled but is also very happy.
I put this down to the care she receives from all here.
