The staff at the Spinney are nothing short of EXCELLENT! Mum stayed there for a couple of months (for respite purposes) and I could not fault the staff at all.
As a health care professional, I spend most of my working days in and out of care homes and am very particular in regards to resident/patient
care.
Mum was treated with kindness, patience, humour and dignity.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for the manager/care staff/kitchen staff and I didn't have a worry whilst she was in their care. Her appointments/hospital visits and needs were all met. Well done and THANK YOU.

My husband has been at the Spinney Care Home for respite on a number occasions and I have been very happy with the care provided.
He is always happy to go there when I need a break and tells me how friendly and helpful the staff are.
He talks all the time about how wonderful the food is and how
plentiful. He loves his food and has a very healthy appetite. I never worry about him when I leave him at the Spinney as I know it is his favourite place.
He calls it his hotel.

I would like to thank the staff at The Spinney for their dedication of care, support, dignity and respect given to my mum while she was a resident. My mum was very happy there and had no complaints. I found the staff very friendly, more than competent in carrying out their duties and beyond - at times
and time was always made to update me about my mum, no matter how long it took, even when there were busy times and no matter when I visited. My mum suffered from chronic medical conditions and the staff always knew when she needed medical attention even though they are not deemed a 'nursing' home, I knew my mum was in safe hands. First class and thank you.
