My friend receives exceptional personal-centred care, nothing is too much trouble to ensure her needs are met.
My father has been at Dulas Court for over two years and is very content there. He receives kind, compassionate and dedicated care from everyone at the home from the care staff to the garden staff. We are so relieved to have found a home which can not only cater for my father's nursing and dementia needs but that also provides the comfort of round the clock care and company. He has made good friends and there is always someone ready to help and support us on our dementia journey. The home and gardens are both spacious and beautiful. There is always a quiet space to enjoy a cup of tea or somewhere to go for a walk during visits. They go above and beyond to create a stimulating environment for those who are keen and everyone is made to feel welcome. We feel very lucky to be there and are eternally grateful to all the staff who work so tirelessly to look after him.
The staff are professional friendly and caring there is always a varied agenda for the day for residents ensuring there is something for everyone. The space itself is also lovely with stunning surroundings.
Very impressed!
Beautiful gardens and lots of space.
A good time had by all, no one left to sit alone.
I have visited a number of times and I am always made to feel very welcome. I have enjoyed the multiple events organised by the home. It's got lovely scenery and is very well-kept and tidy. The sense of community is great like one big family, overall it seems like a very beautiful place to live. The carers and everyone who works there are so patient and kind.
Thank you for this review, it means so much to us to know you are happy with your loved ones' care and home. We are one big happy family here at Dulas Court
I have found Dulas Court to be outstanding in every way. The care that is given to my mother-in-law is exceptional. The staff are lovely and always smiling, willing to do anything to ensure she is happy. The food is great with a good choice. Can't praise Dulas enough.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review. It is an absolute pleasure to care for your mother-in-law. We enable all residents to make their home here, able to live their best lives.
Dulas is a beautiful home and ground. My gran seems to be enjoyed her time there the gardens are lovely to walk around with her when we visit and the staff are all very friendly and seem to muck in together which is nice.
From the moment my grandparents first came to Dulas a couple of months ago we have been blown away by the incredible love and kindness of the staff who treat them more like family. Since the sad passing of my grandad my gran has been surrounded by support and overwhelming love and it is such a comfort to know that everyone at Dulas genuinely cares about her and wants the best for her. They go above and beyond every single day.
What can I say thank you so much for this beautiful review. All the staff here at Dulas Court are passionate about giving the best care they can to each and every resident in a person-centred way. It has been a great pleasure to support your grandmother through this sad period in her life, with love, compassion and understanding.
Since my wife's grandparents have been at Dulas they have received amazing care. Such a kind team and always doing brilliant activities and family days which have been really lovely.
Thank you for this review it means such a lot to us. We love holding family days with music and lots of fun and laughter. Life in a care home setting should be a continuation of a resident living a full and meaningful life involving friends and family. It is lovely to hear that you feel your wife's grandparents are receiving amazing care, Thank you.
My father was a resident at Dulas for nearly two years. Unfortunately, he passed away at the end of February this year. Dad and the support they gave me was excellent. Dad's end was dignified and as peaceful as it could be. In many ways, I will miss my "Dulas family".
Thank you so much for this kind review. Your dad was a pleasure to look after. We all miss him so much; I still walk down the corridor expecting him to pop out of his room and ask me a question. You are always welcome to come over and have a chat and a cup of coffee; you're still part of the extended Dulas Family.
She is happier than she was ever able to be alone in her own home.
She loves singing and this is engaged with by all the staff. The interaction of the very caring staff, even when she can be difficult, is outstanding. Everyone, the cleaners, the maintenance team. the gardeners, every single person in this care home makes a huge difference to not just the residents but the friends and family that come.
My friend is safe, cared for, understood and happy, what more could anyone ask for.
Thank you for all you do to make her life better than I ever felt possible.
What an amazing review, thank you so much. It is an absolute pleasure caring for your friend and knowing after all she has gone through in her life she is now safe, cared for, understood and very happy.
Dulas Court is a beautiful care home with fabulous facilities and grounds. Mum is very well looked after and is very settled and content. The staff are always very friendly and very good with the residents and they seem to have lots of activities and great food.

My mother has been at Dulas Court for just over one year. She is well looked after and contented. The staff have been excellent; being professional, caring and friendly. The environment is outstanding and the atmosphere created has been ideal for my mother as well as for family members when visiting. The food always looks very good and the activities and events are imaginative and frequent. It has been a great relief and pleasure to find such a perfect, local care home that has met the needs of my family (and in particular, my mother) at a time when we were in great need. Thank you!
Thank you so much for that amazing review. It is an absolute honour to care for your mother. We pride ourselves on our friendly, family atmosphere which not only includes the residents here but also the family members. We believe in creating opportunities for our residents to take part in activities and events so they lead a full and meaningful life.
We were invited to join a Christmas Eve celebration at Dulas Court. It was very well organised with lots of food and drink to enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere. Later, we had some lovely music played for us to enjoy and sing along to. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout.
Relative has been there 12 months, settled and happy with care provided.
Thank you so much for your review and I'm very happy you enjoyed the Christmas Eve buffet and entertainment. I know all the residents and staff enjoyed it.
Both of my parents have been residents at Dulas Court at different times and with very different needs. They have both been treated with care and kindness. The programme of activities for residents and encouragement to families to get involved is outstanding.
Thank you for your review it's a pleasure looking after your Father, having got to know him so well previously visiting your mother.
It is simply a relief to know my wife is as safe and happy as she can be.

My father has been a resident here for the last few months. My father is so well looked after, the staff are fantastic, really caring and kind to all the residents. The home itself is beautiful in lovely grounds and has a wonderful atmosphere. There are lots of activities, my father enjoyed the carols at Christmas especially. My father has settled very well here.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It is lovely when families have such wonderful feedback and want to share this with others.
