Irrespective of their role, I have seen a variety of staff engage with service users in a gentle and supportive manner. Staff are always welcoming and available to speak to me. When talking to staff, I have confidence they know my mother and offer supportive and informed opinions about her. Staff are always willing to answer any questions I have about my mother. Senior staff are very prompt in contacting me to inform me of any changes in my mother's wellbeing. My experience is that the environment created by staff is one of care and kindness.

Over the past two years my Dad has received the most wonderful care from the staff and volunteers at Aigburth. The care and support he is given is second to none and he loves the company. It has been a joy to see all the enrichment activities that are provided for Dad and the other residents including music therapy, outings to a member of staffs allotment, visits from John the animal man and concerts. Very quickly Aigburth has become a home from home, not just for Dad but our family and friends when we visit.
