The whole home works as a team even though who are not carers (e.g.cleaners) take great care and attention to the needs of each resident. My mother who was living alone has gaine a greater quality of life and made many friends and has had every need met. Communication with myself and family is very
good, the home keeping us up to date on her health and wellbeing. This place is a joy to visit not only to see mym but to catch up with staff who have become friends.

My mother spent many happy years in Bramwell. We never had any problems with her care at Bramwell. She was always happy and enjoyed all her time there until she died on 29th July 2019.

My mother has been a resident at Bramwell Cre HOme for approx 3 1/2 years. Sadly she passed away last week. On behalf of her family, I cannot thank the staff highly enough for the love and care they gave during her stay here. I cannot recommend the home highly enough. XX

The last couple of years there has been a considerable improvement in the atmosphere and cooperation between staff and residents. The staff have engaged with the residents on a regular basis which makes the resident feel far more settled and secure. The environment is very clean and spotless. The staff

My aunt has been so looked after by your very caring staff. We have been very happy with her room and facilities.

My Godmother decided she needed to go into a home after struggling to manage after her discharge from the hospital. She was aware of Bramwell as a friend had stayed here. Since moving into Bramwell her appetite has improved and she is looking better in herself. She has also taken an interest in her
appearance by having her hair and nails done.

My mother spent the last 2 and half years of her life at Bramwell Care home until she died a few weeks before her 93rd birthday. The care she received was exemplary and the support she and the family received from the staff there is very much appreciated.

After visiting various care homes around where we live, we decided that Bramwell care home, although a little bit further to travel to, is worth the distance to have Mother have the best service possible. Very pleased with the care that she is receiving.

I am an only child. I live in Norwich. My mother, (98) first went into a residential home in January 2016; it was not the best but was the home of her choice. She fell on Boxing Day 2017 and fractured her pelvis and went into hospital for approximately 8 weeks. Whilst the hospital attended to her medical
needs (she contracted flu and a clot on her lung in there), her nursing care was very poor; long and dirty fingernails, unkempt hair and lack of oral hygiene. It was obvious nursing care was now required.


I contacted Bramwell and was immediately impressed by their professionalism. They agreed to take her in. She arrived there on 14th February and within 12 hours, my mother was a different woman; hair washed, fingernails cut and spotlessly clean, her oral hygiene attended to. Since then my wife and I have been very impressed with her standard of care. The nursing staff treat her with dignity and utmost attention. Her room and facilities are second to none. We now have peace of mind.

I am generally satisfied with the service of this care home, however, more staff would improve conditions. Laundry services could be improved. Value for money is an issue as the fees are very expensive.

My mother will have been a resident for three years early in 2018 and will be 98 years of age in January 2018.
I can honestly state that the care she has received at Bramwell is a major factor in her good general health. Bramwell Care Home also provide excellent care for her dementia and regular activities.

Bramwell has provided excellent care for my mother over the last year. She has a lovely clean and tidy room with marvellous washing/toilet facilities. The carers have treated her with compassion and dignity, and she has been extremely happy with her stay in Bramwell. Mum loved the food at Bramwell,
and really enjoyed all the activities that were laid on by the staff.
All the staff I have dealt with have been extremely helpful, and only too willing to make sure my mum had a comfortable stay.

My grandmother 94 has been a resident at Bramwell Care Home for just over a year now, having lived alone for over 27 years previously. Moving into Bramwell Care Home has been the best move she could have made. Having had dealings with a few other residential homes in the past my family and I are extremely
happy with my grandmother's health and wellbeing. She seems happy and content joining in with some of the many activities. The actual home itself is not showy but there is always a warm welcome from all members of staff, which when leaving a vulnerable member of your family is most reassuring.

Mum was made to feel at home from the moment she arrived. She is so much happier now she has 24/7 care and other people to talk to. The staff are always kind to mum and us when we visit coffee and biscuits. They always have time to listen.

My mother did not want respite care. Bramwell provided that care to a very high standard. The home was exceptionally clean. The staff were always very helpful and kind to my mum. Her care needs were studied and they provided the specific needs.

Mum has been at Bramwell for just over two months now, we were dreading how she would be after we had left her there, but the staff each and every one of them spoke to her as if she was special, she loved this, it makes her feel important. The staff definitely bring the best out of her. Mum seems so
much happier being at Bramwell than she was before, she is entertained daily with a range of activities. She loves the food! The good and kitchen staff are also delightful.

My mum moved to Bramwell Care Home in March. Staff are brilliant, it's clean, well maintained. My mum is 92 years old, she is very happy and she is being very well looked after. All the staff cannot do enough for the residents and are always at hand if residents need their assistance.
I have had no
cause for concern on how this care home is being run, by management or by the staff. I know my mum and if she wasn't happy then I wouldn't be, but she is happy and at 92 years of age, that's what you wish for with your relative.

I would just like to say how my mother-in-law is well cared for at Bramwell. The Manager arranged a wonderful party for her birthday, for all service users and family. It's so nice to be able to take my wife on holiday and not have to worry, as she knows my mother-in-law will be ok.

What I love most about working at Bramwell is the sense of family—getting to know both the residents and their families has been a rewarding experience. I like to keep the atmosphere light-hearted, often joking with the team—though sometimes I end up in a little bit of trouble for it! Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time playing with my son.
